Great little hotel in the heart of Riva Bella
Pros:

The room was well furnished and was very light and airy. The bathroom was adequate and we loved the toiletries.
We did not try the breakfast, but the dining room looked really nice, as did the breakfast they provided.
The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Also the location was excellent, right in the heart of the main shopping street of Riva Bella.

Pros:

Het is een leuk, typisch Frans hotel. Het is een heel oud en karakteristiek gebouw met de bijbehorende beperkingen. Personeel/eigenaar zijn wel heel vriendelijk. Het hotel staat midden in de drukste straat van Ouistreham. Wel gezellig dus maar ook wel erg lawaaierig.

Cons:

De overlast die wordt veroorzaakt door de locatie.. Aan de ene kant leuk dat je midden in een drukke straat zit maar als het restaurant aan de overkant van de straat, 10 meter verder, tegen 24.00 de deuren sluit, dan is dat niet echt fijn. Helemaal niet als de reiniging om 6.00 langs komt. De ramen isoleren best goed voor geluid, maar als het warm is dan ben je wel verplicht je ramen open te houden. Iets van airco zou echt wel wenselijk zijn, dat lost een hoop op.
Er is geen lift, er is ook echt geen plek voor maar gelukkig zaten wij op 1e verdieping anders ben je echt niet blij.

Voel me nu een beetje schuldig want het is een hele leuke week geweesr maar wel met hindernissen.
