Добавьте в номера столик с двумя стульями пожалуйста. Кофе даже негде попить , только на кровати 🥲 и обязательно сушилку для белья на балкон!

Pros:

Бронировали отель находясь в Казахстане, с 24 января был заезд. Переживала что бронь отменят по приезду или скажут что номеров нет, так как был поток туристов и многие сталкивались с такой ситуацией. Отель оказался добросовестным, даже прислали индивидуальный трансфер за нами. Пожили в этом отеле 3 дня, в номерах убирались каждый день, чистые полотенца. Отель находится в центре но в самом отеле тихо. Прям напротив есть кафе Ташкент кушали только там пока жили. Пляж Лонг рядом в 5 минутах. Вода чистая,
Песок мелкий . Нам понравилось. Персонал вежливый, девочки на ресепшене отзывчивые

Pros:

Расположение в центре, до пляжа чистого минуты 4 пешком ! Жили 8 дней в номере угловом с балконом , он большой и комфортный , далее переехали в номер , с видом на море и тоже с балконом …. Он очень маленький , не развернуться даже одному! Есть еще с видом на горы , он такой же маленький и без балкона. Уборка каждый день , замена полотенец тоже. Постельное белье всегда мятое и с желтоватым оттенком , не понятно меняли его или нет. В большом номере кровать шикарная 👍🏻На ресепшене максимально не приятная одна девушка работает , не приветливая и хмурая . Все остальные прекрасные , добродушные. Есть большой совет для руководителя данного отеля . Не все люди пользуются прачкой . И на балкон просто необходимо поставить хоть самую простую сушилку для белья . Я уже не знала что придумать 🙈и как же мне посушить свои вещи. Так же в номерах не хватает маленького столика и пары кресел ( стульев ) к нему. Вам нужно заселится в отель , пожить неделю и вы поймете чего не хватает😉 Хочется просто сесть за столик и покушать фруктов или выпить кофе на балконе или в номере. А сесть некуда и поставить не на что )))) В целом прекрасный отель, шторы блэкаут и тишина ночью .

Pros:

Young and motivated team at the reception :)
We could fix everything with a translator Programm to minimize communication issues.
The rooms is very beautiful and I loved the sea view from my balcony - I could even see sunsets from there.
Whenever I got a problem there was someone to help me with ;)
I stayed 25 days so i would recommend the place for a long staying trip.
The beach is 5 minutes walking distance where you can rent out beach beds for 50000vnd.
If you like breakfast there are plenty of places around and also in walking distance serving at 8 o clock almost everything but bring cash ;)

Cons:

We spoke in private about issues I had I don’t see a point to discuss that here.

Could easily be 10 out of 10 if they fixed and addressed many of the small issues this place has. With that said: overal

Pros: great location, modern facilities, clean rooms & friendly staff.

Cons:

Cons: can be noisy, weak wifi sometimes, hot water doesn’t work properly in showers & many of the staff including receptionists don’t speak any English at all. Additionally, they charged us a late checkout fee when most hotels would waive this fee, especially consisting we stayed there for half a month.

Cons:

Rooms are OK, but loud Karaoke til late at night. Complains at the reception did not change a thing. (bad) Music keeps on banging, bass keeps the ceiling shaking. Nothing against a bit of party, but I dont need a rave in a hotel.
