Pros:

Amazing location. Helpful staff with one of the best views of the city and super comfy beds with panoramic views. We loved this stay in Cao bang. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Cao Bang Eco Bistro & Stay. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the care and professionalism that has gone into this homestay.
• Room & Facilities
The mattress was the most comfortable one I’ve had in a month of traveling in Northern Vietnam – I slept perfectly. The room is spacious, very clean, and well equipped: plenty of towels, a TV, and even water provided in the room.
• Cleanliness & Comfort
Everything was spotless, from the bathroom to the living area. You immediately feel comfortable and well taken care of.
• Food & Value
The bistro food is delicious, and the western dishes are also very well prepared, all at a very fair price. In addition, guests can order from the menu of the café just around the corner, which is owned by the same host. It offers a wide variety of tasty dishes, drinks, and teas.
• Service & Atmosphere
The staff are enthusiastic, warm, and always helpful. You feel truly welcome and well looked after.
• Location
The location in the center, directly by the river, is ideal for exploring Cao Bang while also enjoying a relaxing atmosphere.

Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cao Bang.

המקלחת מאוד נעימה.
במקום ניתן גם להזמין סיורים ברכב/אופנוע.
צוות המלון עזר עם תכנון טיול חד יומי שמותאם לצרכים הספציפיים שלנו.

לא כל צוות הקבלה מבין אנגלית ברמה סבירה, הקבלה משולבת בקופה של בית הקפה וזה מעט לא נוח

The staff was incredibly kind and supportive. I fell off a motorbike and injured myself while in Cao Bang. The staff did their best to ensure I was comfortable the whole time.

Great stay in Cao Bang
Pros:

Awesome hotel with extremely comfy bedding. Room was clean and a good size. The staff are beautiful and friendly. Dong was very helpful along with the other staff in helping us rent a reliable motorcycle. Would stay here again.

Cons:

The property was excellent however… We got Eco House to book our return Limousine bus back to Hanoi for us, I’m not sure if they always book the same company ‘Minh Quan’ Transport Services, but we had a very bad experience. (If there’s other options stay clear of this company)

Everything - the best part was to be able to book a motorbike tour with exceptional guides, with whom we made an unforgettable excursion to the Angel eye mountain and the waterfall.
