Pros:

Location is great

Cons:

The service is not up to par. Basic items like handwash and shampoo are not available in the washroom. The kitchen service also needs improvement. Additionally, the telephone is not available in the room.

Superb
Pros:

It was a pleasure spending four nights at the resort. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The location is extremely convenient from Morjim beach- just about 400metres. It's pet friendly. The staff is excellent and very helpful. Sneha at the front desk, Rekha the housekeeper, Shami, Madhav and Kailash made sure we were well looked after. The plunge pool is nice. Food is reasonably priced and tasty. We loved spending some time on the lawn which is the most beautiful part. Complete value for money
