La atención
La cochera de mi habitación estaba ocupada mientras regrese de una actividad, cada habitación debe respetar su espacio.
Las cabinas ofrecen desayuno, está ubicado cerca de todo y las camas estaban limpias y cómodas.
El pago se realiza en el sitio y se incrementa con impuestos y cargos adicionales que no coincidían con lo indicado en Booking (me indicaron se debe revisar antes lo que dice Booking), lo que genera inconsistencias y confusión al momento de pagar. Además, la habitación familiar con cocina que se pago un adicional, no cumplía con lo esperado, ya que no contaba inicialmente con paños ni papel higiénico y fue necesario solicitarlos pero lo solucionaron... . Tampoco dispone del menaje básico necesario para cocinar y comer ( no platos, vasos, cucharas y tenedores). Me toco pagar de más en desayuno y otros adicionales...

Comfortable bed and the use of a fridge.
Initially, we were given the wrong room to the one we'd booked. It had a leaking toilet and a noisy A/C unit. We were moved to a better room, still not the one we'd booked, by the main road next to the very noisy trucks using their "Jake Brakes" all day and night.
The room had no hand towel or shampoo.
Then the pull-down blind in the window broke and fell off the wall. They had the cheek to try and charge us for it. I informed them it was simply due to lack of maintenance, which they accepted, but they still gave me a very bad exchange rate upon payment.
Also, I ordered the Colombian beef in sauce, which mostly consisted of fat and connective tissue.
Overall, it was very disappointing.
The staff were very polite and welcoming. The location was perfect for my needs. The restaurant offered a great variety of foods. The owner, Christian, was an amazing host. I will be back again soon!
When I arrived I was told that there was no vacancy, despite my reservation was confirmed hours ago. The only solution they offered me was another location 10km away which was very basic and not as clean. On top they charged me more!! Never in my life!!
Easy access, good value

Place was great for the price, very clean and comfortable, employees were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was good and very affordable priced
Very kind host & amazing breakfast
Noisy street and guests. Nice restaurant and market nearby. Breakfast was not included, contrary to Expedia add, but room was still a good deal.
Hotel was ok for the price , it was kept clean and staff was friendly, the water was cold and the toilet was broken , a friend was able to fix it , hotel owner refused to give us free breakfast as stated on the Expedia website and we ended up paying for it , breakfast was ok and price was fair
Good prize and attention
The day we left, we did not get our breakfast, we left at 6 am. I do not know if that was actually too early

The Owner, & family were so very helpful, generous, & friendly. Always there for me, made me feel like a part of the family. My very first visit to Costa Rica, & set the tone, high standard, and comparison for my entire 3 month stay in Costa Rica !
It's a beautiful remote stay in the Mountains, so you need a vehicle to get around.
