Los cuartos son viejos, no se ven como los de la foto, el aire acondicionado tiene un olor horrible y el agua para bañarse y lavarse los dientes es salada, además a todo esto los socios hicieron una fiesta con mariachis en el mismo piso en el que nos alojamos y no pudimos descansar en toda la noche. No recomendado pésimo alojamiento.

The third day we didn't get served with breakfast, after 1 hour waiting, we did not go for breakfast for the rest of the week, what was included in our stay.

Gostei do staff e da localização.
Os quartos cheiram a mofo e a humidade, não há limpeza diária (só a pedido na recepção). O pequeno almoço o pior que já vi, não há nada. São um mini prato de ovo com feijão. Não há nada! Os hóspedes passam fome. Se quiserem fruta tem de pedir a pagar a parte e nem sempre há. Horrível. O melhor do hotel é mesmo a localização, mas mesmo assim não se consegue dormir com a musica altissima dos bares e um galo que de manha nao para de cantarolar. Horrivel, nao voltarei.
Great little spot tucked between two store fronts. Took me a minute to find it but as always in Playa Del Carmen there are vendors or tour guide salesman willing to point you in the right direction, or in this case walk you to the door.
Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. Steps to the beach, less than half a block. Quiet + clean + cheap= BOOK IT
I hate to be the USA'er who goes to the beautiful beaches of Mexico and complains about the pool.... but .... it was a decent size, relaxing set up on roof top, but loaded with algae. I almost slipped on the steps getting in. I would imagine with the Caribbean Sun blasting it all day keeping up with the algae is next to impossible. Kids would be unphased, a pool is a pool but Mom and Dad may want to stay in the loungers.
La atencion fue muy buena, la ubicacion excelente, la pileta no la llegamos a usar, como saliamos muy temprano para las excursiones no pudimos hacer uso del desayuno.
Que el desayuno no comienza muy temprano.
Mejoraria las flores de las duchas, que no salia bien la cantidad del agua.
La ubicación y la cama cómoda
Es muy ruidosa al estar en el centro, la piscina es enana y el desayuno es MUY LENTO, poca cantidad y de muy mala calidad

Le petit dejeuner n’était pas très bien organisé et pas copieux.
Le bruit, la chambre n’était pas bien isolé et avec les bars/cafés de la Quinta Avenida qui font du bruit jusqu’à 3h du matin, pas facile a dormir.
Top Lage,direkt an der Hauptstraße. Zum Strand 1 min. Frühstück war ok
Zimmer und Badezimmer waren OK und nicht sehr schick.

La ubicación y que el desayuno estuviese incluido en el precio de la habitación.
El tamaño de la habitación y buen funcionamiento del aire acondicionado.
La amabilidad del personal en recepción.
La ventana de la habitación, en el primer piso, daba sobre un restaurante en el que había actuaciones muy molestas y ruidosas hasta las doce o la una de la noche.

La piscina no como la que aparece en la fotografía, 2 días el baño malo se cortaba el agua en las tardes sin poder ducharse

Que fue muy inseguro dormir, la última noche en la madrugada intentaron abrir el cuarto de mi habiatacion en dos ocasiones casi me matan del susto a esa hora, por otro lado en el cuarto de mis papás se le robaron el reloj a mi mamá, y por último el personal es muy malo pero muy muy malo, un desastre el desayuno para la atención pensamos que éramos únicos pero nos dimos cuenta que la
Demás gente de otro país también estaban muy muy molestos por la mala atención, en definitiva no están preparados para atender suficientes huéspedes los meseros alegan con los huésped mejor dicho un desastre total!!!
Lo mejor fue la atención de Srta Antonella de recepción y ubicación a 100 mts playa en pleno centro de la ciudad, el desayuno un poco básico podría ser mejor pero de acuerdo al precio esu
