Mood of the staff decides your experience
Pros:

The staff who worked there at the reception was kind enough to speak at the time of check-in.

Cons:

The staff at the reception before check-in was rude due to the staffing issues he was facing. We were informed that the room was ready 30 mins before we checked-in but the information was not shared when the room was available though he was informed about our early arrival. We had to wait in the hot sun which could have been avoided if we received the information about the room being cleaned and ready to use before the check-in time.
