Pros:

La habitación era amplia y muy cómoda. Las instalaciones tenían todo lo necesario, con la cocina común donde siempre había café y agua y la piscina que, aunque no es muy grande, es un espacio encantador.
La ubicación perfecta, a 2 minutos de la playa de Zicatela.
Por último, el personal, en especial la mujer de recepción, fue encantador, nos ayudó y facilitó la estancia en todo momento.

Amazing staff, fantastic location, wonderful pool.
Pros:

Great location right by the beach and many excellent restaurants. Unlike almost everywhere else we stayed in Mexico, it was also very quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The woman who worked at the front desk, in particular, was incredibly helpful with booking taxis, tours, and ATVs and answering our many questions. We really loved our room and the pool was a lifesaver in the extreme July heat. It was also never busy and usually shaded which was great. The private patio space would have been great had it not been too hot to sit out there. I have already recommended this place to friends and would 100% return!

Cons:

The only thing we didn't love was that in our room the bathroom didn't have a ceiling. Very little privacy! Not a huge deal for us but good to be aware of.

Comfortable, quiet stay near the beach
Pros:

The location is very quiet and close to the beach as well as plenty of restaurants and bars. I enjoyed the pool very much, it was refreshing and cool. The private villa was spacious and I appreciated the AC and comfortable beds!

Cons:

I wish I had done a bit more research as the closest beach wasn't very suitable for swimming, but that's more on me than anything else. In any case, it was lovely to watch the sunsets.

We had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Gallo de Mar with our family. We would 100% recommend!
Pros:

The rooms and property were very clean, and the pool was fantastic! The staff was very kind and helpful as well. The location was perfect - just a very short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants. It was also on the quieter part of town which we enjoyed.

Cons:

There is nothing I can think of - we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Peaceful stay 100 yards from the beach.
Pros:

Located right off the beach. The room was huge, I LOVE the private outdoor kitchen space, and the pool was so incredibly relaxing. The staff were really helpful and the inside area was kept really quiet too. 100000/10 recommend.

Optimaal verblijf bij Lucya
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijke mensen, bedankt Lucya. Het ligt op het einde van La Punta dus rustig en niet ver van het strand (heerlijke golven, wel voorzichtig zijn) Zeer goede douche en muggennet, wij hadden de bovenste kamer met terrs, perfect. Smorgens goede koffie in de gemeenschappelijke keuken, tof. Beste eten La ola praktisch om de hoek.Zeer aan te raden dus.
