Pros:

Superfijn verblijf in een groene omgeving, met een lekker zwembad en fijne plekken om eraan te liggen. De ligging is ideaal en het personeel is vriendelijk. Daarnaast was er een goed uitgeruste gezamenlijke keuken waar je prettig gebruik van kon maken, wat het verblijf extra comfortabel maakte.

Todo. Ubicacion (1 minuto a la playa), tranquilidad, limpieza, las habitaciones grandes y las instalaciones del hotel son perfectas (piscina, hamacas, cocina y recepción). La atencion del personal ha sido de 10, da gusto hospedarse en un hotel así. Repetiremos 100%

Great place for experiencing La Punta
Pros:

Excellent location, very close to all the restaurants and bar but still remains very quiet. 1min away from the beach. Pool is small but cosy, surrounded by all the palm trees.

Cons:

We booked a more “premium” room but that also meant it had an open roof, and no AC. Ended up asking to change, the staff was really nice and accommodating about that :)

The best place we've stayed on our trip in Mexico
Pros:

Top marks, this place is amazing! The staff are the sweetest, most helpful people and we arrived early, so they gave us our towels and a beer and told us we could chill by the pool until the room was ready. The rooms are cosy and the pool/outdoor space was honestly so beautiful, we spent a lot of time there because it was so nice. Very peaceful and quiet even though it's a minute walk from the main strip with lots of stuff to do. I am shocked at the value, they could easily charge double and I'd be happy.

Pros:

This is a peaceful, lovely refuge from the chaotic, festive scene that is Puerto. The staff are wonderful, the pool is just like in the pics - to die for! Could not recommend more highly

Kleine Oase in tropischem Garten
Pros:

Schönes Hotel in tropischem Garten; nur wenige Schritte vom Trubel entfernt und dennoch eine ruhige Oase. Nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand. Toller Pool mit Liegen und Palmen als Schattenspender.

Cons:

Leider waren unsere Betten sehr durchgelegen, die Matratzen sollten mal ersetzt werden. Wir haben einen Zimmersafe vermisst. Die Liegen am Pool waren praktisch dauerhaft belegt auch wenn keine Gäste sich dort aufhielten. Hier sollte das Personal vielleicht darauf achten, dass solche Reservierungen unterbleiben.

Excelente servicio y atención
Pros:

Los recepcionistas y los trabajadores en general fueron muy amables y atentos. Los recepcionistas nos ayudaron mucho a hacer reservaciones con taxis y tours, y nos orientaron en todo momento, además de hacerlo con una excelente actitud. Los felicito! Nos gustó mucho nuestra estancia en el Hotel Gallo de Mar.
