The room looked exactly like the photos, it was very quiet, had a convent water filter machine with free water, the air con was decent, and the location was decent and easy to find with a family market right across the road.
There was a strong sewage smell when you opened the cabinet with the rubbish bin under the sink, the hot water was very random in the shower, there was plenty of space in the apartment style room but no tv, there was a induction stove with no pans to use, there weren't any mugs to make tea with the electric kettle, we did laundry and went down to change it to the dryer and a staff member had already take it out of the washer and started a dry cycle on clothes we were intending to air dry. It was a decent looking hotel facility but with these issues we wouldn't stay again.

The location is close to everything that I wanted. (It’s also walkable to the pink cathedral, and a big local market for shopping). Clean, comfortable, free laundry with powerful machines. And the best staff!! They are caring and efficient. Pizza 4Ps is right there. And the most delicious place serving homey Hue food, plus a fresh juice place that locals seem to love. I had a nice big room as well. The kitchenette was tops.
The flooring is kind of bare. Easy to clean, but I would have loved a couple of yoga mats on offer.
Clean and modern
Very nice staff. Mostly quiet are (at the end of any alley). Very functional rooms with kitchen and bathroom. There is a filtered water dispenser downstairs. There is good complimentary access to washing machines and dryers. The hotel is next to 4P Pizza Delivery business. We had their pizzas on one of the nights we were there. They have a very efficient system by which you can pay with Visa.
The neighbourhood is ok. It is less homey than a lot of the other places we stayed at in Vietnam. This may be a Ho Chi Minh thing? You have to pay everything upfront at the start of your stay which we also had not encountered before.
