Awesome stay in an once in a lifetime experience.
Pros:

We loved the stay in the bubble! A really cool once in a lifetime experience! We especially loved Pedro, he was so friendly and made sure we had every drink and food we wanted! The food was great and the drinks even better! Definitely recommend to go here!

Cons:

I don’t have any negative things. Of and only if I had something to note it was that the food menu had limited choices. But the food itself was great and fresh.

Pros:

Our stay at Bubble Glam was such a unique experience. The bubbles themselves were beautiful and offered the perfect amount of privacy while still letting you feel fully immersed in nature.
One of the absolute highlights was waking up in the morning to the sound of monkeys playing in the trees above us. Leaves would fall onto the bubble and gently wake us up — it felt like something straight out of a nature documentary.
It was peaceful, memorable, and unlike any place we’ve stayed before. If you’re looking for something different that blends comfort with the outdoors, this is definitely worth experiencing.

Cons:

The only downside for us was the restaurant menu. It was pretty limited, so if you’re staying for multiple days the options can feel a bit repetitive. Expanding the menu or adding more variety would really elevate the overall experience.

​Notre séjour au Yuum Boutique Hôtel a été absolument parfait. Le clou du spectacle a sans aucun doute été notre dîner romantique organisé dans le cenote de l'hôtel : un cadre enchanteur pour un repas délicieux. Un immense merci au chef cuisinier, qui est non seulement fabuleux derrière les fourneaux, mais aussi d’une grande gentillesse.
​La chambre était nickel, spacieuse et très confortable. Quant au personnel, il est extrêmement serviable et accueillants, toujours prêt à rendre service avec le sourire. Une adresse rare que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Nicht nochmal, außer man steht auf hochfrequentes Pfeiffen und Überdruck auf den Ohren
Pros:

Ich hatte eine Nacht gebucht weil ich etwas besonderes wollte. Das Konzept war interessant. Die Anreise mit dem Auto gestaltet sich wegen des ausgefahrenen Feldweges schwierig. Die Anlage macht auf den ersten Blick einen gepflegten Eindruck. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. J

Cons:

Die Bubbles werden mit überdruck betrieben. Das führt zum einen zu einem leichten Druck auf den Ohren und zum anderen dazu, dass ein kleines Loch o.ä. dazu führte, dass es permanent sehr hochfrequent pfiff. Wie ein Tinnitus. Man sagte mir, das wäre normal. Die andere hätten das auch. Wir besuchten noch eine andere Bubbles, dort war es ebenfalls nur gefühlt etwas leiser. Ein Wechsel wurde mir nicht erlaubt.
Nache ein wenig tüfteln konnte ich es abstellen wenn ich die Außentüre einen winzigen Spalt offen lies. Ich wundere mich, dass das bisher noch niemandem auffiel.
Zu den Bubbles ist außerdem noch zu sagen, dass das Bild, man könne dort die Sterne beobachten leider komplett falscg ist. Das Licht in der anlage brennt die ganze Nacht und über den Bubbles ist dichter Wald. Das einzige was ich beobachten konnte war ein Affe. Das abgebildete Teleskop fehlte ebenfalls.
Alles in allem wurde die Erfahrung durch das Pfeiffen komplett ruiniert. Vielleicht hört die Zielgruppe Ü70 die Frequenz nicht, aber für mich war es unerträglich.

l'endroit étais tout a fait exceptionnel, dormir a la belle étoile , dans le confort d'un bon lit douillet ,une très belle expérience , il ne manquais de rien a l'intérieur de la bulle pour notre confort .Génial

le coq qui chante a partir de 4:00 du matin..peut-être prévoir de bouchon pour mieux dormir sur les petites heures du matin

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Had two dogs parking non stop throughout the night. Also had a rooster which started crowing at 2:45am repeatedly on the hour until 7am.
Checked in on a Thursday. They were out of over half the items on the menu, not good as you are very remote. Was out of several beer offerings and tequila.

Loved the ambiance of the place. Great food, wonderful staff. The public areas are beautiful. The cenote a wonderful feature.

Cons:

The rooms could use some additional features. Fridge, bedside lamps, and bathroom privacy curtains. Otherwise, very nice.
