Wir kommen unbedingt wieder
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr schön, das Personal war äusserst greundlich. Es wurde sehr auf unsere Allergene eingegangen, somit konnten wir auch fast alles konsumieren. Das Essen war sehr lecker, ich hatte noch nie so einen leckeren Apfelstrudel!

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind stein hart, daher war das Schlafen nicht so angenehm.

Stunning view
Pros:

A place with panoramic view that takes your breath away every time you leave the property. Property a restaurant for all meals of the day so you do not have to worry about food and going down the hill. The room was spacious and we also got to use the sauna for no extra fee. Would definitely recommend! The staff was kind and very welcoming also helpful.

Cons:

The only thing missing was option to have some coffee in the room and basic dishes like mugs/glasses :)

Bellissima esperienza. Hotel assolutamente consigliato.
Pros:

Il soggiorno nell'hotel è stato molto piacevole: la camera era pulita, lo staff molto gentile e la colazione abbondante. Abbiamo cenato presso il ristorante dell'hotel: il menù è ricco di proposte tipiche della cucina locale, ma non solo. La posizione dell'hotel a 2006m permette di avere attorno a sé un paesaggio mozzafiato.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

The location is private in the mountains, with fantastic views. Breakfast was simple, but with all you need, waiters are nice and helpfull. Restaurant is charming and cozy, food delicious (hotpot and stakes must to try). Staff, especially manager Giorgia, were helpfull, creative and friendly, even in non-standard situations.

Cons:

Nothing. Maybe consider to have snow-chains in your car during winter season :)

Pros:

Absolutely incredible! The staff were the best!! It made our stay, they were amazing.
The view is insane! Wow!! The amenities are perfect. The breakfast was fantastic. And the Sauna is a nice touch. You have to stay here.

Posizione meravigliosa in cime al Passo delle Erbe

Posizione meravigliosa, struttura accogliente e silenziosa. Parcheggio comodo vicino all’hotel e vista davvero bella.

Cons:

Lo staff è giovane e con margini di miglioramento. La colazione è un po’ limitata e poco varia; il cappuccino non è il massimo, anche se sono disponibili piatti caldi. Anche la cucina del ristorante è migliorabile. I cuscini sono piatti e rigidi. Il phon è poco potente, serve tanto tempo per asciugare capelli.

L'atmosfera che si respira e lo stare a contatto con le montagne è il vero segreto di questo posto. Il rifugio Utia de Borz è un posto unico che ti riempie di emozioni altrettanto uniche. Questo grazie anche a tutto lo staff che lo rende possibile!
