Comfortable and clean stay in a quiet neighborhood
Pros:

We had a good experience staying here. When my wife and I come to Tokyo we prefer to stay in Sumida City since it’s a bit quieter than Shinjuku but still easy to get places. The property has a colorful design with each room having a specific color palette, which was a nice touch! The communal bathrooms were clean and easy to use, never had to wait for the shower or sink. The staff was very kind and let us borrow an iron when we needed one.

Good accommodation options near Oshiage Station!
Pros:

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. The hotel is located near Exit B1 of Oshiage Station, making it very convenient to get to. The hotel rooms are themed around various colors, this time I stayed in a green-style room. The hotel has a full range of amenities, and self-replenishment is also available near the counter on the first floor. The hotel opens its rooftop to the view of the Tokyo Skytree between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, and I highly recommend going up there for the view!
