Ver afgelegen luxe berghotel met uniek uitzicht.
Pros:

Locatie: Schitterend gelegen bijzonder gebouw met uniek uitzicht hoog boven groot stuwmeer;
Comfort: Parador = hoge kwaliteit staatshotel met bijpassend comfort, keuken en bediening.

Cons:

Het hotel ligt ver afgelegen.
Koelkastje op kamer gaf hinderlijk brommend geluid; is opgelost.

L'emplacement, le professionnalisme du personnel

Cons:

Nous avons pris la demi-pension, et c'est là que le bas blesse... Ouverture du restaurant à 20h00, un peu tard... Mais arriver à 20h00 au restaurant, passer commande du repas, être servi dans des délais normaux entre l'entrée et le plat et être obligé d'attendre pratiquement 01h00 pour que l'on vienne vous demander le choix de votre dessert et ensuite nouvelle longue attente pour que l'on vous serve... Le dernier soir nous n'avons pas pris le dessert car nous en avions marre d'attendre...
Nous sommes clients des Paradors, cela fait plusieurs années que nous nous rendons dans ces établissements et là j'avoue que nous allons regarder plusieurs fois avant de repartir avec eux...

Pros:

el lloc es molt maco, vistes al pantá de sau fantàstiques, i sobretot uns dels hotels mes nets i cuidats dels que conec, en això es nota que es un "parador"

Cons:

l'esmorzar es molt correcte, pero si ets dels últims a baixar hi ha productes que s'han acabat i no els reponen.

Pros:

Instalaciones y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

El cuarto de baño tenía los radiadores apagados y no era nada agradable pasar de una habitacion al baño y menos para
ducharte.
Y no poder usar mi secador de pelo rizado...por que los enchufes no permitían enchufarlos..

El lugar es espectacular. No hacía nada de calor, se estaba muy bien de temperatura, nada que ver con la ciudad. La piscina con vista al lago impresionante y relajante. Las personas que atienden en el restaurante y la cafetería son completamente encantadores. Tanto la habitación como el desayuno nos encantaron, así como la comida.

En recepción fueron un poco bordes con nosotros. En la reserva no aparecía que viajábamos con niño, pues me debí de equivocar. Les pedí disculpas varias veces y dije que pagaba lo que fuera sin problemas, y eso que ya habíamos pagado por una noche en habitación doble una cantidad bastante elevada, pero nos hicieron sentir muy incómodos. Quiero creer que tuvieron un mal día o estaban cansados.
Me dijeron algo extrañísimo como que no quedaban habitaciones familiares y que entonces seleccioné la doble y aparecía que éramos dos pues si no, no había manera de reservar, pero el caso es que hay la opción de añadir cama de niño extra... No lo entendí muy bien.
