We had a good stay along with enjoying Hatfield and McCoy show.
Pros:

We sat outside by the table heaters and enjoyed ourselves when we bought an ice cream from the store on the property. We ate breakfast there but were 2 of only 3 people in the breakfast area. We should have gotten breakfast at another restaurant in the area and saved money. we were told that motel was about 1/3 full. Looks like the occupany rates should have been lower then they were. Dollywood would be opening later on that week so occupancy would have gone up then.

Cons:

We had to go a long way across the bottom floor to get to the elevator to our room. Thas was kind of inconvenient.

Pretty good 👍
Cons:

Self check in with your luggage is a nightmare… three wheel carts that don’t have no locks on them. They will flip over on you and drop your stuff all over the floor and one the carts went flying down the road with my cooler🤦‍♂️🤯😡
