The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The room was bright, clean, and very comfortable. Staff members were friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and worth every penny.

The staffs were good and helpful

Cons:

The bathrooms were minimalistic. Basic toiletries and water quality was not that good. The linens were dirty. The restaurant food was good however pricy. If you ordee food from outside, they won't provide cutleries. Mind you, once you check in, they have their internal rules which is not mentioned in the booking website.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, but there are a few areas that could be improved. We experienced an issue with the air conditioner around midnight, although it was resolved after contacting the reception.. The bathroom could use some repairs and maintenance, and the TV had only a limited number of channels. The room itself was good, but the beds could be better maintained and arranged. Overall, it was a decent experience with helpful staff, and with a few improvements, the stay could be much better.
