It is my second visit to this hotel. The hotel is very OK. But the water in the beach is less so
Pros:

- The view from the 30th floor
- An upgraded room
- Right on the beach
- Two pools
- Easy prolongation. Again, with the upgraded room
- The room itself

Cons:

- The beach: the water is not blue water as you can expect - it's like a lake in Europe - visibility is less than 1 meter. It is very warm, though, but my wife clearly disliked it. I was OK
- The beach is not as clean as it could and should be. Kind of tolerable, but not more
- WiFi is not great at all. It works but is sluggish. I used my 5G hotspot from the phone because I wanted everything faster
- I was OK with the breakfast, but my wife found it too basic and the coffee - terrible

Det er første og sidste gang vi bestiller ophold på dette hotel.
Pros:

Personalet var hjælpsom og venlig.

Cons:

Hotellet var meget slidt og lever ikke op til den standard i beskriver i anmeldelsen af hotellet.
Hygiejne i morgenmads restaurant var dårlig og støjen var på et uacceptabelt højt niveau.

They steal money in your strongbox of room.偷錢，不安全

住宿環境普通，比較老舊，如果不是拖太晚訂房，我們是不會訂的，海灘的水並不是每一天都好，有時後會排污水到飯店正前方海邊的

Cons:

飯店人員偷錢，我們放在保險櫃他們偷走了550usd
2000NT，他們用障眼法，拿走我們一大部分錢而已，留一些在上面讓我們看，如果沒有細數，暫時不會發現，我們想說那些錢是備用的，就沒細看，用的錢都在身上，回到家隔天算錢時感覺就很糟糕了！！真讓人難過的飯店....watch out !They steal the money in the strongbox.

A great choice for a beach holiday.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally well trained and polite.
The Swimming pools were clean and well attended.
Lovely balcony and view. ( The sunset wasn't at this time of year but still cool.

Cons:

The hotel is now more for Indians and Russians, in that the TV channels were nearly all to suit the above. The only English channels were 'thr news" and l channel of very old 'B' movies with Burmese subtitles. The elevators were often very busy.

The hotel has one of the best sea views in Pattaya, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Overall, the facilities were good.

Cons:

there were a few things that could be improved. The room felt quite humid, and no slippers were provided, so it was easy to get dust on your feet before getting into bed.

The biggest disappointment was the check-out experience. We arrived back at the hotel about 5 minutes after the check-out time, and our room key no longer worked. We immediately informed the reception that we wanted to check out, but housekeeping staff were already inside our room. The receptionist asked us to wait. About 30 minutes later, she came back looking upset because she had misunderstood us—she thought we had already checked out while our belongings were still inside the room. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, her attitude made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Everything else about the hotel was enjoyable, but this experience with the reception staff left a negative impression. Unfortunately, because of the poor customer service during check-out, I don’t think I would choose to stay here again.

2. ห้องพักมีป้ายห้ามสูบบุหรี่ แต่มีที่เขี่ยบุหรี่ในห้อง และบังเอิญไปเจอห้องพักที่ลูกค้าไม่รับผิดชอบสูบบุหรี่ในห้องเหม็นจนทนไม่ได้ แต่พนักงานแม่บ้านช่วยแก้ปัญหาและเปลี่ยนห้องให้อย่างเร็ว แต่ก็นึกเสียดายห้องนั้นที่มุมวิวสวยกว่าห้องใหม่
3. ห้องอาหารเช้าช่วงสายไม่เกิน 08.30 น. พนักงานมาแจ้งว่าจะเก็บไลน์อาหารไปอีกห้องเนื่องจากแจ้งว่าลูกค้า (กรุ๊ป) ลงมาเกิน 60% แล้ว ซึ่งเป็นช่วงนี่อยู่ระหว่างรับประทานยังไม่เสร็จ และไม่อยากเดินถือจานตามไปอีกห้อง วิธีการย้ายห้องอาหารเมื่อลูกค้าลดลงและยังมีลูกค้าที่อยู่ระหว่างรับประทานอาหารแบบนี้ไม่ควรทำ ควรรอให้จบมื้ออาหารนั้นในเวลา 10.00 น. ก่อน

Awesome.
Pros:

Location is amazing.
Right in front of the beach and very close if you want to make a trip down to the Koh Lan island.

Cons:

Lifts can take a long time during peak hours.
Breakfast buffet was always super packed and hard to find seats.

Great location but wouldn’t return
Pros:

Great location, option of 2 pools, lovely staff

Cons:

The room was very very dated meaning items were old and worn, the balcony door didn’t close properly, the bathroom grouting was coming away, the glass panel between bedroom and bathroom was damaged with a long scratch as well as wood items
