Bettwanzen, Wasserschaden und Massenabfertigung
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Skybar ist wunderschön und kann ich nur empfehlen.

Cons:

Wir haben für vier Nächte gebucht. Bereits am ersten Abend bemerkten wir Bettwanzen in unserem Bett. Wir haben Videos aufgenommen und uns umgehend an die Rezeption gewandt. Der Rezeptionsmitarbeiter hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt und uns selbstverständlich sofort ein neues Zimmer angeboten. Bettwanzen in einem Hotel sind ein absolutes No-Go.

Am nächsten Tag kam es in unserem neuen Zimmer zu einem Wasserschaden – Wasser lief von der Decke. Also mussten wir erneut zur Rezeption, woraufhin uns wieder ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen wurde. Wir bestanden diesmal auf einer Suite, die wir dann auch erhalten haben.

Die regulären Doppelzimmer sind heruntergekommen und schmutzig. In beiden Zimmern liefen im Badezimmer kleine Tierchen herum (man sollte die Zahnbürste besser immer wegpacken).

Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht, waren jedoch nur einmal dort. Das Frühstück sowie der gesamte Flair erinnerten eher an eine Kantine mit minderwertigem Angebot. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Restaurants zum Frühstücken, die wir an den restlichen Tagen auch genutzt haben.

Zusätzlich waren die Poolliegen bereits zwischen 08:30 und 09:00 Uhr vollständig mit Handtüchern reserviert, sodass kaum eine Möglichkeit bestand, einen Platz am Pool zu bekommen.

Das Hotel hat höchstens ein 3-Sterne-Niveau. Insgesamt wirkte alles eher wie Massenabfertigung.
Die Suite, die wir für die restlichen Tage bekommen haben, war hingegen sehr modern und auch sehr sauber.

Disappointing, the rooms were 3 star at best .
Pros:

The outside is impressive, as is the lobby, but the room standards were really poor. We tried 3 rooms & still ended up not staying there, despite no refund available.

Cons:

Havde booket suite. Og fik tildelt en meget gammel. Med slidte møbler. gulve. Huller i Tapetet. Beskidte senge gavle. Vi klagede og fik en anden. Der var noget bedre. Men gammel. Vi har været på hotellet 6 gange før. Men bliver hotel værelserne ikke renoveret. Kommer vi ikke mere.
