Good value for a short stay in Brussels, in a very convenient location.
Pros:

Parking available, good common areas, good window insulation, great location next to the heart of Europe.

Cons:

The bathroom was very old, not to the standing of a 4 star hotel. The shower/bathtub were quite narrow and I almost slipped a couple of times.

Verder: douchen in bad met douchegordijn is beetje ouderwets, verwacht je niet meer. Zeker niet omdat de foto’s nieuwere badkamers tonen

Très bon accueil et séjour agréable
Pros:

La chambre était propre, spacieuse et lumineuse. L’accueil à la réception a été très agréable : la réceptionniste était gentille, serviable, et nous a même offert des biscuits au check-in. Elle m’a aussi aidée à joindre une autre ligne locale via le téléphone de l’hôtel, ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas très varié, mais il était bon, et la dame en salle était souriante et aimable. Au moment du check-out, la réceptionniste nous a même donné deux bouteilles d’eau et nous a souhaité bon voyage. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai été satisfaite de l’accueil et du confort.

Cons:

Le principal point faible pour moi reste l’emplacement, que j’ai trouvé un peu moins pratique que ce que j’espérais selon mon programme. À part cela, l’expérience était globalement positive.

The room was very adequate for our stay, and the welcome was warm and friendly.
Pros:

The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful and she made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of choice. We also had a snack at lunch time and it was very nice. The hotel is in a very good location for our meeting place.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit on the small side. There was a bathtub and the shower was quite small. It would be good to upgrade the bathrooms to have larger showers and no bathtub.
