Perfectly suited to our short stay.
Pros:

Very well thought out renovations with beautiful style and design while remaining pleasingly simple. It was nice to have the use of the roof terrace.

Cons:

We couldn’t work out how to get BBC live news on the telly.

Lovely property, Rooms were immaculate. if ever in the area will 100% book in again.

The location was perfect, car park opposite and literally a minutes walk in to the town.

Nice spot! Recommend!!
Pros:

Very straight forward to access and the instructions to park were also clear and easy enough. The apartment I stayed in was very clean and thoughtful decorated and organised. Recommended.

Cons:

Could perhaps do with some blinds. That said there are curtains to use if need be.

Lack of ventilation a real problem in the summer

Cons:

Be aware yet if you are on the ground floor(and maybe others?) you cannot open windows. There is a small air vent that managed to lower my room in temp by 0.5C in 18 hrs despite the night being 12c!

A wonderful place to stay!
Pros:

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hop Merchants House in Worcester. The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and furnished to such a high standard – it really felt thoughtfully designed and incredibly welcoming. The location was brilliant, perfectly placed for exploring Worcester and everything it has to offer. Communication from the property owner was excellent throughout, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The bed deserves a special mention too – genuinely the comfiest bed I think I’ve ever slept in! I felt so relaxed and at home during my stay, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like! The only one suggestion I would make is the addition of a blackout layer to the curtains, but that has no baring on how superb the hotel is!

Lovely stay
Pros:

We were in Archer Room (the family room on the top floor) which was very comfortable. Everything needed for an overnight stay and fresh milk in the little wine fridge. Comfortable bed and good offering on the smart TV. Shower gel and dishwashing liquid provided. The key code access was easy and it was possible to leave bags once you check out in the hotel storage area.

Cons:

Others have mentioned the green light in the ceiling that is small but always on and quite bright. If you have issues with these things disturbing your sleep, pack an eye mask as we did. Same for the lack of blackout curtains.
