Staff was extremely courteous. Front desk, house keeping, room service. Everything was spot on.

The Staff is very courteous and professional. They try to accommodate you in every way possible. There is a front desk Manager, Asif, who is very accommodating. Upon check in, he doesn't ask for money or documents up front. He ensures that first you settle, then complete the formalities.
The worst thing about the property is the breakfast buffet. Very limited options and not up to the mark. The kind of standards this group have, one expects a lot more from Etihad Club.
I stay a lot at Etihad Club and this part always bothers me. I hope, one day they realize this gap and work on it.
Not to the mark of Falettis. I recently staued in Falettis boutique Multan but this facility disappoined in terms of standard

Should upgrade their toilet fixtures and fittings
Exceptional service. Mr sajid at the reception was really kind to upgrade our room to a royal suite. Everything was great. Always a pleasure staying overnight.
We stay here on our way to Lahore and even back. Always a very comfortable stay. Everyone from the staff is really good. Especially the reception staff. Great hospitality. Their rooms are really good and clean. Food is great. The garden and swings are cherry on top.
Property is beautiful and it’s the value of money to stay there as it’s out of the city and peaceful place and staff is very good specially Asif from Front office and Hiba they are very co-operative
After 11:00 PM in this 4 star hotel you even didn’t expect to have tea by room service or in restaurants
My stay at Etihad Club by Faletti’s Hotel was exceptional. The property is beautiful, with spacious, elegant, and very clean rooms that feel truly royal. The food was another highlight - I tried the Chicken Karahi, Chicken Tikka, and soup, all of which were delicious and very reasonably priced.
The large lawn is perfect for outdoor dining and has swings and slides for kids, which is a great touch for families.
A special mention for the front desk staff: Sajid and Hiba were extremely friendly and courteous, making the stay even more pleasant.
Overall, this is a far better choice compared to Hotel One in Rahim Yar Khan. Highly recommended!

The way it was maintained despite it was around 50 year building originally built for the royal family of Abu Dhabi

Beautiful property clean and excellently maintained
Everything was exceptional.
Excellent staff servicing. They were all well trained in hospitality. All of them went above and beyond to ensure that your stay felt great. I frequently stay at the so called 5 stars for business trips in the major cities. At least thrice a year and sadly you don't get to see this level of service anymore.
Plus there is no other facility like this in the entire RYK/ Sadiqabad area
The price was very reasonable and they upgraded me to a suite.
The location is pretty far from motorway, so it can be an issue for some ppl choosing to take a mid way break between isl and karachi as I did. But still I will choose this place over any other in that area.
