Posizione comoda… a circa 20 min a piedi dalla piazza Jamaa el fna… quindi mi é piaciuto non fossimo nel pieno del casino… puoi richiedere asciugamani etc in piú senza problemi

The hostess was very nice and helpful and even checked if anything was needed in terms of room service and comfort.
She was very hospitalable and offered me a better room change for an affordable extra pay when I expressed my complaint.
The prices are a bit higher compared to the location (a need to walk a few miles before reaching the jamaa lafna market center) where the prices there are almost the same for a single bedroom.

El baño era de lo peor.
Nice location even if its a 20 mins walk from the Jemaa el-Fnaa, but its quiet and since it is close to a main road, it is easy to access. The room is satisfactory, there is air conditioning, and the bed is comfortable.
I would not recommend the breakfast. For the same amount of money, you can have a much more substantial meal in the bazaar.
You can book excursions and activities through the riad, but even in that case I would recommend Booking.com because it offers a wider selection.
What I found bothersome was that the cleaning lady who lives/worked in the riad, and who does not speak English, would ask for a “gift” (tip) after breakfast or whenever an activity was booked. This can become quite uncomfortable on a daily basis. For this reason, I only used the accommodation’s services on the first day; afterwards I arranged my own breakfasts and activities.
