Please return my money back because the owner cancelled my booking

Nothing to be liked because I didn't stay at this property since the owner has sent to me a message stating canceling my booking as a result of sudden plumbing problem at the house. PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY BACK. It's not his right to get it since he didn't afforded the room for me. Thx

Poor description
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Poorly advertised and misleading.
Host said check in is 12-12. My understanding was 24hrs to check.
I even email the host to advise I will be checking in after midnight. He even gave me a number to call.
Only to arrive and was told check starts 12 midday.
I was left stranded in the middle of the night and had to book a hotel 10x more expensive for my budget

Great choice for an airport stay
Pros:

Amazing staff and owner. The property is clean and the best price near the airport.

It’s simple, but has everything needed for an airport stay.

The owner helped get me to the airport in the morning. He was a big help!

Cons:

Walls are thin, and the kitchen is simple. But this wasn’t an issue for me during my stay

غش وأريد التعويض عن هذا الغش

لم يعجبنى أى شئ فصاحب السكن كاذب والصور المعروضه غير مطابقة للواقع

Cons:

الغش فالواقع مختلف تماما والغرفة بدون حمام وصغيره جدا وعندما أخذنا لغرفة أخرى بها حمام فكان الحمام بلا اضاءه وبدون مياه ساخنه وشباك الغرفه على الشارع وبدون أى ستائر
