Our stay was great! Staff were exemplary and I highly recommend on your next stay.
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at La Maja Rica. Hotel is conveniently situated at the heart of Tarlac City along the highway. SM Mall is less than a mile away, where you have all the choices of good restaurants and groceries, Starbucks and ATM’s. On the streets, few steps away from the hotel on every direction, you will find more quality restaurants and fast foods like McDonalds and Jollibee. Yes, Cindy’s and Robinsons are next door.
The Staff was superb. I meant everyone. They were very helpful, welcoming, courteous, trustworthy and service was exemplary. Check-in was easy and quick. Our room was very clean with comfortable bed and fresh linens. WiFi was fast and TV programs were good. Airconditioned room with small fridge and a hot water. Very homey! Newly cooked breakfasts were served everyday. Good selections of foods like fried fish/squid, sausage , tocino , beef tapa , adobo, corned beef, noodles, soup, cereals with garlic rice, eggs, bread, with hot coffee and juices.
At the Veranda, you must try their sisig, calamari, laing with lechon kawali, tuna sashimi sushi while dining by the pool. Yes, a bottle of red wine and caramel macchiato were refreshing and zesty. Cheap laundry option, clothes folded and delivered to you. Overall, Staff was exemplary and services were at par. Our utmost thanks to you All.
La Maja Rica was great. I’m looking forward of coming back and I highly recommend to anyone on your next stay.

Just fine. Long stay rate should be given lower rate instead of using a regular nightly rate.
Cons:

Internet connection was bad. Unable to watch television most of my stay when I want too coz’ of poor internet /satellite connection. Hot water operation instruction incorrectly shown.

良かった点は、一つだけ　立地はまあまあ　SMまで歩いて10分ぐらい
しかし途中、かなりの異臭がする場所あり

Cons:

部屋が狭い
ホテル側が予約を間違っているのに正規の値段で1泊支払った
朝飯の品数が少ない
トイレがすぐ詰まる
ドアの開閉がうるさい

Cons:

I was told I couldn’t order breakfast from the menu and that I had to eat from the breakfast in the dinning room. Which is confusing and disappointing because your menu says restaurant is open for orders.

Good enough for a short stay, it was very near the place where I had attended an event

Cons:

Dismounting from the tub-bath area is quite a challenge. They are not designed for short people, there's a tendency of you slipping and having an accident. No complimentary slippers

It’s d only decent hotel in town n d layout is ok but the food is not so good!
Pros:

Breakfast is lousy, location ok

Cons:

Shower sucks, I have to climb to a bathtub to have a shower with no door , the water goes on d floor, bad experience. The staff r friendly but not attentive to service, they r too busy on their cell phone to check if u need anything.
