Perfect stay in the heart of a walled medieval city.
Pros:

This is a comfortable hotel. I particularly liked that there was an inviting sitting room as an alternative to propping on a bed when reading etc.

Cómodo y bonito, como estar en otra época 😃
Pros:

La atención del personal, muy amables todos, la limpieza tanto de la habitación como de las zonas comunes, olía muy bien. El desayuno, genial, había leído varios comentarios diciendo que bastante escaso, pero la verdad que muy bien, no sé qué más querían los otros usuarios, estaban continuamente reponiendo los alimentos que se acababan. Les pedimos en la reserva si podía ser una cama doble en vez de dos camas individuales y nos dieron una habitación con cama doble y dos literas 🫣

Cons:

No sé si se enteró el personal de noche, pero la ultima noche que estuvimos ( sábado 11 julio) eran las 12 de la noche y llegó un grupo de gente a las habitaciones cercanas a la nuestra y estaban montando bastante escándalo por los pasillos, hablando y gritando como si estuviese de fiesta.

O quarto possuía uma vista maravilhosa e o café da manhã foi muito bom!

Cons:

O quarto possuía um ar-condicionado portátil que passou a noite inteira fora da saída de ar gerando um ar quente e desconfortável. A recepção pouco acolhedora.

Location is perfect and the historical significance of the city is very well preserved, the place is not fancy but great value for the money, no AC but we didn’t mind it staff provided a fan which was more than enough, they cleaned the room every day with fresh towels and sheets and whipped the floor.

Cons:

Staff is really good and very pleasant, breakfast not too fancy but it is good enough to start your day, overall we liked the place and we will consider it again if we come back

Świetna lokalizacja. Czysto

Cons:

1. Klimatyzacja w dwóch wynajętych pokojach nie działala, co przy 35 stopniach ma diametralny wpływ na ocenę. Lokalizacja przy ulicy niby fajnie, ale nie przy otwartych oknach, aby złapać oddech. Pan na recepcji udawał zdziwionego i stwierdził że to są "problemy techniczne, które się zdarzają", i że "inni goście ponoć jak ustalwili na niskich obrotach" to im działało. No żenada.
2. Na stronie jest napisane, że jest pralka za dodatkową opłatą. Chcieliśmy skorzystać. Nie ma.
3. Inne już drobniejsze, to ze słuchawki prysznicowej pryska w każdą stronę, a szyba przy wannie nie szczelna, ale to są drobnostki w porównaniu z punktem 1.
