A great time at this hotel with a great staff and beautiful hotel.
Pros:

The rooms were very cozy, the hotel was beautiful and eclectic. The location was only a few blocks from the water, and the rooftop bar was awesome.

Cons:

Wish it would’ve had a mini fridge and a full length mirror.

Great Staff very friendly! Best location
Pros:

The staff, really friendly, Cameron was great. The cookies at night, the fruit during the day, the breakfast bag in the door in the morning.

Cons:

The no windows factor. Which I was aware before I booked, but will never book again.

Enjoyed our stay, but probably would choose a different, less trendy hotel the next time we visit Charleston.
Pros:

The Revival restaurant was awesome! Staff is super friendly. Room was comfortable and the little added touches like the breakfast bag and macarons at night were a nice touch. Hotel is in a great location.

Cons:

Disappointed in the Rooftop. Compared to,the rest of the hotel, it could definitely use a good makeover.

Fantastic once we got through the red tape at arrival

The location was amazing and accommodations were great

Cons:

The process before. The cancellations from booking.com and then contacting the hotel saying we were booked then arriving to no reservations. Big mess
