Pros:

Rustige woonwijk, parkeren op het erf voor het huis

Cons:

De gastheren zijn hondenliefhebbers en hebben 5 grote honden, ze blaffen alleen bij binnenkomst. Echter: de geur is penetrant en niet aangenaam te noemen, ook al zijn er luchtverfrissers overal geplaatst in het huis en boven ook op de overloop

Clean, comfortable, but four large, smelly dogs
Pros:

Clean shared bathroom, very comfortable bed, fridge microwave and enough dishes/cutlery for one. Owner friendly and helpful

Cons:

The overpowering smell of four large dogs despite many air fresheners. Nowhere to wash dishes except bathroom, no detergent or sponges

I needed a bed for the night & it did the job at a very reasonable price.
Pros:

Bed only accommodation. Microwave, kettle & fridge in room + crockery and cutlery. Very grateful for the fan as it was super hot in the heat wave. Nice view of the garden. 4 large well controlled dogs downstairs so you do need to like dogs to stay here.

Cons:

Shared bathroom was difficult as the only toilet is in the bathroom. Difficult if you are bursting and someone is in the shower. It would be helpful to have a mirror in the room.

Comfortable rooms and caring hosts in pleasant neighbourhood an easy walk from the town centre
Pros:

Quiet neighbourhood, great countryside views, compact space, owners living on site. Helpful and clear guest info pack. Easy access to/from town and station. Microwave in each room. Adequate crockery and cutlery.

Cons:

Noisy fridge interrupting sleep - though could switch it off if didn't have food in there. Room quite warm and felt like had winter weight duvet in high summer.

Pros:

Great value for money. Very clean and nicely decorated. Is a 2 floor house in a quite residential area just outskirt of town. The ground floor is where the owner leaves, while first floor has 3 rooms for guests and shared bathroom. I loved that the room had a little fridge, microwave and kettle, so to supply at the lack of access to the kitchen. Info all very clear and well organised

It felt a little busy, not much privacy

Welcoming Host and Lovely Surroundings
Pros:

The contact with the host was very easy and the host was extremely welcoming. The location was great, and the house as well as the surrounding area were very quiet, green and peaceful. Having a fridge in the room was also a big advantage and made the stay even more comfortable.

Very comfortable and reasonably priced.
Pros:

Clean and well equipped single room with microwave, fridge and kettle. Free WiFi, comfortable bed and small desk with chair. Friendly and helpful host with local info and recommendations for a meal. Very easy to find and good access to main roads. Would be very happy to stay again if I am down this way again!
