Wer eine Lage außerhalb des Zentrums sucht ist hier für eine Nacht gut aufgehoben

- das Personal war sehr lieb und zuvorkommend und reagierte immer sehr schnell
- Preis-Leistung ist voll ok
- Supermärkte in der Nähe
- Klimaanlage
- kleiner Kühlschrank
- man hat hier seine Ruhe

- die Sauberkeit in Zimmer war nicht perfekt
- der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert
- die Fenster waren beide jeweils ca. nen Spalt auf und konnten nicht geschlossen werden -> dadurch kann es ein bisschen lauter werden
- Lage außerhalb
- wer heiß baden will ... Also bei meinem Besuch war nur lauwarm baden möglich. Das Wasser wird kurz sehr heiß und dann nicht mehr.

Mixed Experience
Pros:

My stay at Hoàng Gia Hotel Nhân Hòa in Hanoi was a mixed experience. The female receptionist was very kind and helpful—when I noticed that the bed sheets were dirty from previous guests, she responded quickly and had them changed right away, which I really appreciated. However, the male staff member in the morning was quite the opposite. He came across as rude, made unwelcoming facial expressions, and didn’t speak any English, which made communication difficult and the overall experience uncomfortable. On a positive note, the location is great. It’s situated in a more local area of the city, close to plenty of good food spots and away from the more touristy areas. Overall, while there were some positives, the service inconsistency and cleanliness issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
