Personnel très accueillant qui a su nous proposer une solution pour que notre fils puisse dormir dans la meme chambre que nous ( monnayant un supplément) sur un canapé….nous évitant ainsi de payer une seconde chambre
Het bed, was schoon en comfortabel., lokatie, was rustig en groen. Vriendelijk personeel.
In de badkamer lagen enorm veel haren, het toilet zat vol poepspetters, de wanden van de badkamer waren vuil. Het vloerkleed zat vol vlekken. Jammer dat er niet beter wordt schoon gemaakt!

The property is beautifully designed, but unfortunately it has seen better days. With proper maintenance and a thorough cleaning, it could be a great place. Sadly, cleanliness was a major issue during my stay.
The outdoor area was very dusty, and the outdoor bathtub — which was the main reason I booked this place — was covered in bird droppings. I asked the staff to clean it, but nothing was done apart from removing a random brick from inside the tub. Even after room service, it remained dirty and unusable. I tried cleaning it myself, but without proper detergent it was impossible.
There was visible dirt under the bed, the windows and balcony doors were dirty and difficult to open, and there were unpleasant spider webs in the bathroom.
The safe box was broken and some bulbs in lamps inside and outside were not working.
I also did not feel safe in the hotel. The main entrance doors were constantly left open, and my room’s terrace was easily accessible from outside. The elevator got stuck between floors while I was inside (fortunately it restarted). Additionally, the reception computer was left accessible without supervision. Before my stay, someone attempted to scam me on WhatsApp while impersonating the hotel, which raises concerns about data security.
Overall, the potential is there, but the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and basic security made the stay disappointing.

The staff were very helpful
People were nice, proactive, efficient, and very available.
The property was spacious, comfortable and nice decor.
AC could be more efficient (not so cool) and Shower was not working properly.
Don't get me wrong, those are minor improvements that can be done. It didn't impact the overall very positive stay I had.
It felt like home away from home if I lived in a perfect penthouse nest. Really enjoyed our SkyHouse apartment, we had a panoramic view of the district and could see the river from the large outside area. Everything was clean and well designed. The staff were very kind and friendly. If I’m ever in Ho Chi Minh, this is where I’m staying. The neighbourhood is also great, lots of cute options everywhere.
