Pros:

IT was very clean and spacious. They provided all of the necessities.
The location was great - close to all of the restaurants and asttractions in Huntsville.
Managment was immediastely responsive to our needs.

Pros:

Barsala provided a great apartment for rent for a few days at a good price. The process can be more stream-lined for the future. Their website had trouble using my phone's camera (even after granting permissions) to verify I was the person on my driver's license. I had to do the authentication process on my laptop with my webcam. They also use an app called Latch to provide access to the door lock. Just make sure you keep your important belongings on you before leaving the apartment if you are security conscious. Also you may want to have a portable door lock(s) for added security since there is no bar lock on the front door.

Pros:

The bed sheets were still in the dryer. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. No trash liner. Third floor with no elevator. Black hair in the shower. Shower mat still wet from I guess the people before. One roll of toilet paper to last for two days. I could go on but I actually just wanted to go back home

Highly recommend, better than a hotel stay!!
Pros:

This was an awesome place to stay. Very nice and clean. I even received a cleaning service halfway through my stay. Communication was excellent! I have already recommended this place to other family members and I would definitely stay here again.

Nathan and Nika were very phenomenon and responded promptly. Check-in instructions were very straight easy and straight forward. I will definitely stay there again.

Very nice facility & unit
Pros:

The unit we stayed in was very clean & comfortable. Now that we're familiar with the location, we'd stay there again. However, at night it was extremely difficult locating our bldg amongst all the others. Additionally, I never received the app that was suppose to give us codes to get in, so contacting someone was challenging. Thankfully the gentleman we were able to contact was extremely helpful. I would also recommend that if you like a beverage in the a.m. or snacks upon arrival, you should first stop at a local supermarket. We didn't dare, venture out again, as we were afraid we'd be locked out of the compound, since we didn't have the codes for the gates (the main gate was open when we arrived). However, there is a nice gym. Also a swimming pool & fire pits if one so desires.
