Receptionist was some what welcoming

Cons:

I never stayed in such a worst room in my life. The bed was filthiest. I think they never changed or washed the bed cover, comforter , pillow. There were visible stain all over the bed cover. Hot water never came. The corridors were filthy too paan stains all over the walls. The lift looked like it may break and fall anytime.
