The location is absolutely ideal, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Many of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shopping streets are just a short walk away. It was so convenient to explore the area on foot and experience the lively atmosphere of Hanoi.

The only thing to note is that the room is not very spacious, but the layout makes good use of the available space. I really liked having a smart TV in the room, which was especially helpful during quiet evenings when I wanted to relax or watch something before going to bed. Overall, the room was comfortable and practical.

The staff are what make this place stand out. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by a team that was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. They were always attentive and quick to assist with any request, creating a very comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. Catherine was especially wonderful—her positive energy, thoughtful service, and deep knowledge of the hotel and local area were truly impressive. She made me feel like more than just a guest and added a personal touch to my experience
