Beryl Signature Hotel & Travel

Like many hotels in Vietnam, this property is designed with a narrow but tall structure, making very efficient use of the available space. It gave the hotel a unique local feel that I really appreciated. The only small challenge came during breakfast, as the dining room could become quite lively when many guests arrived at the same time. Fortunately, the wait was never very long, and the staff handled the situation professionally and efficiently. Once inside, the breakfast selection was excellent. There was an extensive variety of Vietnamese specialties, fresh fruit, breads, pastries, hot dishes, and Western favorites. Everything was well prepared, delicious, and regularly refilled, making breakfast one of the most enjoyable parts of the stay.

I highly recommend this hotel for a hassle-free stay in Hanoi. From airport transfer arrangements before arrival to luggage storage after check-out, everything was handled with great care. We were greeted with coffee and fresh juice upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable. Catherine provided a helpful introduction to the city with a detailed map, and Justin assisted us in booking a great tour. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a good balance of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The overall experience was smooth, convenient, and very enjoyable.

My husband and I stayed for three nights and felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always happy to help, whether it was answering questions or arranging tours. We booked a 2-day Ha Long Bay cruise through the hotel, and everything was organized smoothly, allowing us to enjoy the trip without worrying about any of the details. Breakfast was simple yet delicious, with enough variety to satisfy us each morning. Being located in the heart of the Old Quarter meant we could easily walk to many of Hanoi's most popular attractions, while countless restaurants and local cafés were right on our doorstep. Combined with the comfortable accommodation and excellent service, it offered incredible value for money, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Sometimes the true quality of a hotel isn't measured by its rooms or facilities but by how the staff treat their guests when something unexpected happens. During our two-night stay, I became seriously unwell and needed to go to the hospital on the very first night. The staff responded with incredible kindness and efficiency, helping us arrange everything and offering support every step of the way. Their compassion made us feel safe and cared for during a very stressful experience. We are deeply grateful for their help and will always remember the exceptional hospitality we received.

Located in the Old Quarter, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to many attractions. The rooms are clean, well-designed, and affordable - both smart and comfortable. I planned most of my three-week trip in Vietnam with their advice, mobile phone help, and some bookings they assisted with. Everything worked out very well. They also provided a helpful guide on things to do and must-know tips, which was very useful.

A small hotel in the Old Quarter, but with excellent service. The receptionist checked in with me about my room to make sure everything was okay. I enjoyed their breakfast, which offered a wide variety of Vietnamese and Western dishes. The only minor issue was that the breakfast area was a bit small. The hotel is right by the lake and close to other tourist attractions.

The hotel is located right in the city center, which made it very convenient to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and well-equipped, and I especially appreciated the balcony window, which added a nice touch to the stay. Each morning, the breakfast changed slightly, offering a good variety and keeping things interesting throughout my visit. The hotel service was consistently excellent, with staff being friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
