Pros:

The location is very good since it's very close to the Terracota army and also offers a spectacular view. The rooms are clean, spacy and are very well equipped. Very nice breakfast with a variety of selections and good quality. Stuff very pleasant and eager to help in whatever way possible. Overall a hotel that I suggest without hesitation to whoever wants to have a worry free visit to the city.
Special thanks to the guy that worked the night shift at 09-02-2026 (I believe he's called Brian) who helped me decively in order to retrieve my lost cell phone. An employee that every company should have in its stuff. But I also like to thank the entire team of the hotel (i.e the guy in the morning shift of 10-02-2026 as well as the front desk ladies) because they tried to make our stay perfect.

Awestruck!
Pros:

Absolutley awesome place, we had the clubfloor cornersuite and it was massive, and had a exclusive feeling for the same money we will pay for a 15m2 tiny room in Hong Kong next week. We felt awestruck what 150eur a night can give you!

Cons:

The room was very warm in our northern europe standard and the AC didnt go lower but they fixed that by opening the windows up. And we got a comfy 16-18C in the bedroom

Pros:

Потрясающий отель, вид, сервис, в 10 минутах ходьбы есть продуктовые магазины, а прогуляться до них по зеленой аллеи вдоль реки одно удовольствие.

Cons:

Если вы как и мы, планируете остаться на короткий период чтоб посмотреть музеи, то от отеля ехать минут 40 до терракотовый армии, до аэропорта так же минут 40 на такси. Мы надеялись на общественный транспорт, но его там рядом нет.

Gute Aussicht vor allem nachts zur Skyline.

Cons:

Der Clubbereich im 30. OG ist sehr nüchtern möbliert. Für intern. Verhältnisse sehr bescheidenes Niveau.

Die Raumtemperatur unseres Zimmers im 29. Stock lies sich leider nicht regulieren. Die Aircondition war über Winter angeblich ohne Funktion, Umluft funktionierte, es hatte jedoch 28- 30 Grad Raumtemperatur. Auf mein Bitten um ca. 1 Uhr morgens hin wurde uns empfohlen das Fenster zu öffnen. (wir liesen diesen Fensterspalt, mehr ging nicht) dauerhaft offen- aber die Temperatur blieb gleich. Dagegen hatte es im EG in der Lobby durchgehend tiefe fast frostige Temperaturen, auch die Aufzüge und Gangbereiche waren kühler als unser Zimmer.
Schade! Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel wäre mit erholsamen Schlaf sicher nch gelunger gewesen...

Pros:

Servizio reception impeccabile, disponibili ed altamente professionali (strepitosa la ragazza della reception che mi ha organizzato la visita all'esercito in terracotta curando ogni dettaglio con incredibile precisione e puntualità), camera eccezionale e pulitissima, personale cordialissimo attento ad ogni minima esigenza del cliente. Servizio ristorazione esemplare. Un esempio di perfetta efficienza e professionalità!

Super mooi en fijn hotel, alleen F&B in de avond is niks

Uitzicht was adembenemend, kamer was heerlijk ruim, bed was groot, badkamer was geweldig. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid.
Booz, de restaurant manager, was echt wat dit hotel deed glanzen.. we arriveerden volgens het personeel laat (21.00 uur) en ondanks dat alles al dicht was, was hij zo gastvrij dat hij toch nog wat te drinken en een snack ging regelen voor ons... Booz was geweldig leuk en gastvrij.

Cons:

Om 21.00 uur geen restaurant meer open, geen bar, geen koffie, in de lounge konden we nog een blikje fris krijgen. In de omgeving ook niets te krijgen.

Beautiful views and good breakfast
Pros:

The views over the city were so beautiful! Huge room with huge bathroom! Staff was very friendly and helpful even if english is a barrier in china, but didn’t bother us! The location is far from center but we knew that when we booked it! With an uber (or chinese didi) you don’t have any problems, is also cheap to use it! Very good breakfast! Worth the visit

First time in Xian-- Exceptional stay.
Pros:

Our stay at Le Méridien Xi’an was unforgettable, thanks to Hao Lan’s exceptional service. As a birthday surprise for my partner (his first time in China) Hao Lan went above and beyond—offering early check-in and even arranging a delicious complimentary cake that made the celebration extra special. We stayed at the Panorama King Room with River View, very spacious and great value. The Breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of choices. we enjoyed everything about this hotel. Its modern, new, clean and uplifting.
Thanks again Hao Lan for your outstanding hospitality! We highly recommend this hotel, especially because of exceptional professionals like you!

I felt happily and safely pampered during my stay
Pros:

Perfect place to stay in Xi An. Situated in a safe enclave and it has a 180deg view of the landscape in Chanba. This would be my number 1 recommendation!

Pros:

Fantastic buffet, pool and comfy bedroom with great views over river. Choice of 3 restaurants with some vegetarian options.

Cons:

Not very easy to get into town by public transport, although we eventually found No. 1 bus went quite close.
