Golpe!! Quarto imundo, sem janela e funcionário agressivo – fuimos embora em 20 minutos!

Chegamos animados pela reserva feita pelo Booking, mas pedimos para ver o quarto antes do check-in. O que encontramos foi chocante: quarto completamente sujo e imundo, condições muito inferiores às fotos do anúncio e, pior, SEM JANELA alguma. Minha esposa tem claustrofobia severa e simplesmente não conseguiria ficar em um ambiente tão fechado e sem ventilação natural.

Pedimos educadamente para cancelar a reserva (tínhamos feito há menos de 20 minutos e nem entramos de verdade). O recepcionista Sr. Luis disse que precisavam de fotos, mas não deixou mais a gente entrar no quarto. Depois começou a nos AGREDIR VERBALMENTE, dando socos na mesa e criando um clima de ameaça física real. Saímos com medo por nossa segurança e não voltamos.

Hotel péssimo, perigoso e com atendimento hostil. Booking não fez absolutamente nada e eles ainda ficaram com o valor da reserva mesmo a gente sendo impedido de fazer check-in, Golpe lugares assim não deveriam estar na plataforma. Fiquem longe!

Não recomendado para ninguém.

La mancanza di utensili nella cucina: ho dovuto cucinare tutto in una padellina; la mancanza di acqua calda, la presenza di capelli lunghi in tutto l'appartamento, lampadina cappa aspirante bruciata, batterie tv scariche, volume tv che si alza da solo, tutte cose che possono essere migliorate con un po di attenzione.

El sitio, desde ahi pude ir a muchas partes sin problemas, visitar la parte arqueológica de la zona, además de comer los platos típicos y recorrer la zona de artesanías y el parque principal, todo quedaba cerca.

Cons:

Dirty and run down. Not able to use pool either as it was not maintained. Furniture needs to be replaced and the bathroom were not scrubbed and had a lot of stains. Kitchen was not fully stocked either
