Worthless hotel
Pros:

Worthless..paying so much for studio room but it's lol k like normal hotel room..room door no extra lock I pull cabinet to to door for safety,no water bottle in room from parking we have to walk striscase to get lift...I have 1 year old son with all that I have to use staircase???

Foreigners staff which dnt understand Malay n English....end up they call local staff to explain
I'm keep on calling hotel num nobody is picking gv me so many reason.i allready book once reach hotel they said there no room available after I talk to local staff by fon than oni I get the room....

Pros:

I was happy with the location as it is in between Kea Farm and Tanah Rata.. near to centrum.. the room was just nice.. staff are very friendly with me especially Mr K who told us alot about Cameron Highlands. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely bring my family here again! Recommended!
