Everything. The staff are very friendly and helpfu.
Lovely breakfast cooked fresh and served at your table. We ate in the restaurant both nights we were there and the food and service were excellent.

Look & character of the building and location being quayside. The room we chose being one of the largest was as advertised and the breakfast was very good. The staff were fantastic and very helpful- and the minor points noted below are in no way a reflection of them.
Even though the room was very nice its location at the front of the building meant we were subjected to the noise made from outside of late night revellers crossing the bridge on their way to & from the pubs and clubs. The music from a rooftop nightclub located behind the hotel carried easily in the quiet of the night and early morning resulting in an interrupted sleep. On a minor note, certain items were not in the room (bathrobes, coffee machine) as advertised and we bought a couple of scented diffusers just after arriving as there was a strong unpleasant odour in the room possibly linked to the drainage system.

Restaurant choice was poor.
Good location. Spacious twin bedded room with ensuite. Breakfast was good with acceptable choice of food. Friendly staff. Overall fair value for money. Convenient car park although one needed a separate Postcode to navigate to it!
The radiator in the bedroom had a sticking thermostat valve meaning heat shut off during the night. Room therefore very cold for which a "summer duvet" proved insufficient. The electric heated rail in the ensuite could not be made to work.
The carpets throughout the hotel appeared grubby due to age and a bucket was on the first floor landing due to a leak through the ceiling.
The dinner was on a "Greek Night Menu" and the Lamb Kleftiko serving was very small and disappointing. Nevertheless, it was otherwise reasonably priced.
Location was good
Getting to the carpark was awful. Also a pass was not mentioned at the reception when checking in. Room needs refreshing as wallpaper hanging off by the radiator and carpet not pleasant.
Our room was quite small and badly laid out even after pushing the beds together one side did not have a unit to put anything on. No light either The other side the small bedside unit was partly in front of the bathroom door. Getting out 8n the night time was tricky and potentially dangerous.
As it turned colder we couldn’t turn on the radiators so asked at reception. Unfortunately this meant that we had the noisy pipework all night long.
Breakfast was ok but no fresh fruit or granola. I felt it was overpriced for the stay of 3 days
Very comfortable beds and well equipped room. Staff were friendly and polite and the food was very good.
The double room I had was a little on the small side - but for the money perfectly adequate.

Stunning room for a very reasonable price
Smart bar & restaurant area. Staff were simply excellent. The food was very very good, we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the service was spot on.
Carpets from reception up to the bedrooms need a thorough clean or replacement, looks very shabby and lets the hotel down. Car park is full of litter and looks more like unwanted waste land, needs clearing/smartening up.

Lots of stairs. Staff never available for booking in therefore long waits at the desk

Loud live music until 11pm. Nightclub open across road until 4am. Bar downstairs is rowdy and rammed with pre drinkers to the club until 11pm. Coke heads in the toilets. Hot rooms. No air con.
