Lovely people, great location
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful and we received a warm welcome. The hotel was right in the middle of town so very accessible with great parking. The evening entertainment was superb and the place had a great vibe.

Cons:

The hotel is a little overdue a refurb and was looking a bit tired in places, the cleanliness and attention to detail in the room prep could have been better also. We were a little disappointed with the quality of the ingredients for the breakfast.

Overall a pleasant stay. Staff all very polite and helpful.
Pros:

We were fortunate enough to have a room upgrade so was very happy with our room. A massive improvement from the room we'd stayed in a week previously. We had a meal (late lunch/early dinner) which was very good. Service was excellent.

Cons:

For older guests the lack of a lift makes it a little difficult.

Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The rooms were not very clean. They were dusty and had cobwebs. It was a very cumbersome access to the rooms. We arrived to breakfast 40 minutes after it began and the continental breakfast was missing pastries, yogurt, bread, juice and it was not refilled.

Pros:

Central location neater the church

Cons:

Live music outside so it was noisey. Our room was on the 2nd floor about as far away from the stairs as you could get. Corridors were narrow, the doors are fire doors and heavy to open. Getting luggage to the room was hard work!

Pros:

The room was nice, and the bed and pillows were comfy. Nice bathroom.

Cons:

We were on the back and there was a building site right next door, which we were not pre warned about. Obviously had the windows opened because of the heat, but very loud machinery woke us up at 7am. Diggers dropping the rubble into the lorry.
