Pros:

Excellent experience , Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. The room was spotless, quite and make it easy to rest. Staff member were polite & quick to assit with any request. The location is good .

Wonderful Stay

Во первых наш заезд был поздним и мы очень переживали про заселение. Отель пошёл на встречу и продержал намер до нашего заселения. Номер чисты. Персонал добродушный и позитивный.

Pros:

I booked Studio Room in Sonikas Heritage at Candolim. Room size was very big and Room was very clean. The staff was very helpfull and active. The hotel having restaurent facility also where they provided buffet break fast and dinner in comfortable price. In room, the hotel provided good quality cupboard, Bed, Mattress , Sofa chair , table AC, Refrigerator , Cattle , Toaster along with cup. Plates. Interior of hotel and room was luxurious and beautiful. The hotel provided good quality furniture with large storage. They provided seprate table chair in balcony. My experience about the hotel and room is excellent.

Was not as near to beach as suggested, on arrival it was very busy(new year's eve) hotel was full of Indians, our room had no fridge or kettle and the view from the balcony was awful. We were told we could move up a level the next day if we wanted but didn't see the point as would have been same view, kettle arrived and man arrived to look at Aircon as wasn't working ,
Had to go and ask about fridge again before getting one.
The room wasn't overly clean but not disgusting.
After new year's day,things quientend down and our room got cleaned to a better standard,
An Indian breakfast was available on New year's day but nothing after that.
After 2 days we moved to a place that was nearer to the beach and shops,

The staff couldn't do enough.
Everything we asked for or brought to their attention was dealt with happily.

Cons:

It wasn't clear enough that Sonika Holiday Homes aren't next to each other. They're a good few minutes walk away depending on which building you're in. In our case, it was too far away to take advantage of the swimming pool and breakfast. I recommend finding the website prior to booking to get bearings and understand the facilities in each location better.
Also, the map location is incorrect. There is a 5 minute walk down a side road before getting to Newton's. We would have preferred the location Booking.com showed.
