Pros:

The location is excellent! It's accessible, just a walking distance from Calle Crisologo and other places worth visiting like the Crisologo Museum, Plaza Salcedo, etc. The staff are really accommodating as well. I would like to give a special mention to Gerald who paid much attention to our needs and has dutifully assisted us during our stay, making it all the more pleasant. Everyone had been so patient and understanding. Not to mention how clean and well-maintained the place is. The room we stayed in was spacious too!

Cons:

There was nothing in particular that we did not like. Although we had a bit of an issue with the heater for the shower, it was fortunately resolved immediately by a staff member with a call to the front desk.

Cons:

The room looked clean, but it had a dusty smell that triggered my allergic rhinitis. Overall, I had a good stay, and I hope this can be improved.

The sheets does not smell nice. The hot water stopsnin between the bath

The location and the room that is huge enough for the family

Cons:

The reception staff who ask me to pay cash ONLY. As per her no gcash, no terminal for card. When i said there is no cash on hand, can I do bank transfer? She voluntarily gave her personal bank account. I refused. I need the hotel bank account and not the staff bank account. She said she dont have it.

Then came another lady carrying a card terminal. I was amazed that there is one, so i ask her... why did she told me there is none? She answered, because the signal is slow.

Very dated accomodation.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean. Besides that, nothing to brag about.

Cons:

The staircase is very slippery. The room was missing a remote control. The room is very dated (curtains look like they have not been changed in years). The wifi is spotty at best (no consistent connection). It would be best if they had a refrigerator in the room, or there is a water dispenser with cold water.
