B2 Krabi Premier Hotel

Good value for money. Stayed one night and close to airport. Can’t complain

Al llegar (la zona es extrarradio de Krabi y estaba todo a oscuras, daba un poco de miedo) nos sorprendió desagradablemente, que nos pidieran un depósito en efectivo por la llave de la habitación. Nadie nos habia informado. Y a pesar de la amabilidad de la recepcionista de la noche, esa petición y que nos informaran que el desayuno (supuestamente incluido, por eso lo elegimos) sólo era un cafe y un wrap....what?? No nos dejaban repetir ni el café y mucho menos el mini wrap, sin nada dulce y tardaban mucho en servirnos, además de malas maneras... Vergonzoso y decepcionante.
La limpieza muy justa, faltaban "amenities" para la higiene, igual que papel de wc.
Sólo lo recomiendo si se va con prisa y/o para una conexión rápida con el Aeropuerto, pero la relación calidad precio es negativa. No repetiría.

The staff at the reception can be a little more nice knowing the Thai culture how amazing it is, that was a bit disappointing. The cleaning ladies, however, were so amazing and super sweet.

Was nice for a family trip. Will stay again if needed. Has limited facilities like restaurant or breakfast option but overall it was peaceful and good hotel for stopover after or before flight from krabi.

Stay was good but the area around was not well maintained

Breakfast option was very poor. My booking was messed up, but the staff managed to fix it the very next day.

I booked this property very last minute—literally just a few hours before we were set to arrive. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize there was another hotel with the exact same name that’s separately owned and located just 10 minutes from Ao Nang Beach, which is the one I thought I was booking.

When we arrived at that location to check in, we were told we had booked a different property entirely—this one, which is about 40 minutes away from Ao Nang. I explained the situation, including the fact that the reservation had just been made less than two hours prior, and that we were traveling with my partner and my dad. Proximity to the beach and local attractions was important to us, especially since we were relying on being within walking distance.

Unfortunately, due to the cancellation policy, they refused to offer a refund for the two rooms—even though the booking was made just hours before our arrival and the mix-up was an honest mistake due to the duplicate property name. It was a frustrating experience, and I’d recommend double-checking the address and verifying the location if you’re booking under time pressure or on short notice.

Expedia indiquait que l'hôtel était au centre de
krabi, finalement après réservation, je me rends compte que l’hotel est au bord de la voie rapide à 10 min de l’aéroport. Également, en réservant la chambre « deluxe premier room » expedia affiche que le « déjeuner est offert » mais lorsque nous sommes arrivées, l’hôte d’accueil me dit qu’il faut payer extra.
Enfin, le pommeau de douche s’est brisé à l’instant où je l’ai touché. Cela dit, en 20 min le personnel l’avait réparé sans me charger des frais extra (une caution de 500 baths est demandée par chambre ).
La chambre en soit était très propre, avec savon/shampoing/gel douche/ bouteille d’eau/ café instantanée/claquettes/peignoir à disposition.

This was a great little hotel for a stop before the Krabi airport. We stayed at a so called 5 star hotel before this one and I have to say - this hotel was better due to:
1. AC - we could manage the wall mounted AC with a remote
2. Beds were softer - you will find most beds in Thailand very firm.
3. It was quiet - our room was away from the street.
4. They have black out shades! :)
5. Bathroom: Toilet flushed, they provided soap and shampoo/conditioner combo. Towels for each person.
6. They have outlets that are easily accessible on each side of the bed. Bravo!
7. Check in and check out was really easy.
8. Hotel elevator was fast.
9. There is a super cheap mall with food and fun shopping just an 8 minute walk. Be careful though - no sidewalks.

Pool was nice.

Fine hotel outside Krabi. The room was good, lots of space.
The pool area was fine.
The breakfast was crap, we went to the shoppingmall nearby.

A really lovely room and hotel. We wanted a hotel away from the party area but still close by and whilst it’s a little way away, this was perfect for us. Anything you need is a short walk or a grab ride away. The pool is super welcomed too.

The front desk staff are so helpful - thank you for everything you did for us.

For flight transfer only. Restaurat closed. No bar. Breakfast open at 8am. Low service level

There was a door between my rum and other hotel guest. I was sleeping which suddenly the other guest from the next rum opened the door and came to my room.I informed te reception and they said sorry sorry and locked the door again. I had paid for sveral days but check out day after.And when I asked for refund they said I must contact hotel.com. And still have not recived my money back.

Vi var på hotellet meget kort tid, og havde kun en enkelt overnatning inden vi skulle flyve. Hotellet ligger tæt på lufthavnen, hvorfor det er nemt og bekvemt. Hotellet er i fin stand og virkelig pænt til prisen.
