Decent old hotel, great central location
Pros:

Staff were fantastic, the pool(s) were great other than the splash feature in the kids pool not working.

Cons:

Definitely an older hotel and not nice in all the right places, but a comfortable enough stay in a great location.

Pros:

Location! Right downtown by the| main walking area. Close to restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds.

A little outdated. Bathroom sinks very low, old scratched up bath tub.

Location was great! Rooftop bar had an excellent view.

Cons:

The bathroom in the room was very small and the door blocked most of the counter. There were no ice machines located on our floor and the one on the floor below us did not work. Had to go 2 floors down to find a working ice machine.

Cons:

I booked 2 room for a reason so we would be together and you put us on different floors. I did write in my booking that we wanted to be together 😟 if I wanted them to be separated I would have booked them individually
We stayed two nights and only got 2 wash cloths for our showers 🤨

Great location and convenience.
Pros:

I like that The Park Place is a historical northern Michigan site! We had a room in the tower and enjoyed being in downtown Traverse City within walking distance of diverse restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the pool area.

Cons:

We did notice that the elevator needed some deeper cleaning. Being an older hotel, you could hear neighboring guests.
