Pros:

Хороший завтрак, мой сын- подросток особенно заценил тефтели на завтрак. Все есть ., от каши до баурсаков. Просторный и чистый номер. Дружелюбные и приятные сотрудники.

Cons:

Вид из окна не самый впечатляюший, но нам это не мешало.

отель конечно не 4 звезды, как заявлено. но белье очень чистое и не заношеное, как можно было бы ожидать. матрас удобный. душевая/ванная тоже в порядке.

Cons:

звукоизоляция слабая, подушки или пустые или чересчур жесткие, завтрак довольно скудный.
вообще в отеле прямо бросается в глаза на чем сэкономили)

Pros:

Люблю этот отель. Остаюсь в третий раз уже на протяжении трех лет, всегда в летний период. Чисто, аккуратно, кондиционер прекрасно спасает от жары. Уборка в номере каждый день. Ставят воду и чай.

Cons:

Стеклянная стенка в ванной закрывает ее неполностью, есть риск устроить мини потоп, когда купаешься. Но опыт уже имеется, поэтому приспособились.

Отлично провели время в Астане. Отель был домом, куда хотелось вернуться
Pros:

Хороший отель. Персонал отзывчивый, исполнительный, дружелюбный. Цена/качество отлично. Место расположение -рядом станция LTR (метро только надземное). Завтраки очень разнообразные и вкусные. Советую, не прогадаете
