New accomodation and value for Money stay. But speak to host and clarify before accepting
Pros:

This is brand new property and lot of construction near by. They are providing all facilities in stay like kettle, 24hrs hot water gyser and drinking water. Also caretaker person is very good and kind. Also he prepared tasty Dinner and Breakfast based on our request.

Cons:

There is no WIFI available. Rooms are very small and double bed so that room accommodate only 3 members with extra bed. For Dinner, please discuss and agree with cost before confirming because we feel it's too costly but very tasty and hot food.

Superb
Pros:

The amazing location amidst the mountain range and the awesome weather supporting it. The morning breakfast was also sumptuous and the staffs were quite helpful. Overall very satisfied with the stay.

Pros:

Room size was okay

Cons:

The people were creepy. When we got there, there were no other guests, no manager or staff. There was construction going on and one of the construction workers gave us our key. Rest of them just stared at us. We only stayed a couple hours. It felt very unsafe. There was no woman in sight. We ended up leaving without spending the night. After a few days the “caretaker”, whom I had contacted on whatapp for payments and stuff, texted me and tried to hit on me.

Pros:

Morning breakfast was provided, which was good.

Cons:

Construction was going on, there was no AC, it was smelly, it was noisy. The room was not clean and there is no proper ventillation. Paid 3,024, it was not at all worth. I have stayed for 1,000 rupees accomodation, which are better than this. I am surprised, booking.com is promoting such a stay and it appears they do not care for the customers. I am not going to book from booking.com, instead the other sites are better. No use sponsoring an ICC cricketing event, unless, booking.com cares for the customer.
