Pros:

ホテル内が清潔で良かった。

Cons:

ホテル側の問題ではありませんが、海外の団体客が廊下で叫んでいたりして、ちょっとうるさかった。

Pros:

花火甲子園目当てで利用
ホテル付近でも綺麗に花火が見えました。

ホテルからラグーナテンボスに出入り出来る。

Cons:

周辺にコンビニ等はないので
ホテル内のレストランくらいしかない。

部屋がフロントから一番近い部屋だったので
人通りが多くうるさかった。

ホテル利用者にはラグーナテンボスの
割引等あるととても良いと思います。

チェックイン＆アウトがスムーズ
Pros:

フロントに恐竜がいて、女性の声で案内してくれました。ちょっと混乱しました(笑)
その他不明なところはスタッフの方が出てきて親切に案内していただけました。
ラグーナテンボスまですぐで、ホテルを出たところからすぐイルミネーションが始まっていたので
子供が大喜びでした。
チェックインもチェックアウトも機械でとてもスムーズだったのが良かったです。

Cons:

3人で泊まりましたが、思ったより部屋は狭かった印象です。
寝るだけなら丁度だと思いますが・・
部屋にコーヒーやお水がないのはちょっと物足りなかったです。
トイレとバスルームがセパレートだと記載があったのですが、思っていたのとは違いました。
バスルームの扉が仕切りになっているだけで、バスルームの扉を開けるとすぐ便座が見えます。家族で泊まっても気を遣う造りだなと感じました。
朝食は可もなく不可もなく。
他のホテルに泊まった後だからだと思いますが、デザート系は特に種類が少なく感じました。

いつもお世話になり、ありがとう
Pros:

部屋からもラグーナの花火が観れて、子供が喜んでいました。

Cons:

防犯上しょうが無いのですが、ラグーナ側へ再入場スリ時に、スタッフの方にお願いしなければならず、何回もお願いするのは、スタッフさんの負荷になりそうでした。
