a beautiful and peaceful place to stay to enjoy calmness and serenity
Pros:

this beautifully designed eco hotel is such a special place embedded in the cueva del gato far from the crowd and the noise etc. I enjoyed the calm and the peacefulness of the location
the dedication and the attention of the staff especially Elena and Louisa - big thank you to both of them
Diner was delicious and breakfast was yummy
definitely a place to stay if you are looking for some peace and serenity in an amazing place respecting nature and the eco system

Entorno maravilloso para relajarse con personal excelente

Instalaciones, localización y personal

Cons:

Al ser un sitio remoto y tranquilo te apetece cenar o comer alli mismo y solo hay opción de menú a 60€ . Que esta bien y muy rico. Pero podría ampliar el horario de cocina o ofrecer a la carta o algún tipo de snack.

Décevant rapport qualité, prix précisément sur la restauration

Nous avons particulièrement aimé l’emplacement, l’environnement.

Et bien après avoir lu les nombreux commentaires concernant la nourriture, nous avions opté pour la demi-pension, grosse déception, Plat copieux sans véritable saveur … le fait de ne pas choisir son menu ne nous dérangeait pas, mais pour cuisiner un petit peu, la chef ne m’a pas semblé m’être beaucoup de conviction dans ses plats.
D’autre part, nous avions demandé une petite assiette à l’apéritif pour déguster du vin, sachant qu’ils n’ont pas de carte de vin.
En guise de petit assiette, nous avons eu une dizaine d’olives et six chips dans une assiette.
Sachant que nous échangeons pour les repas sur WhatsApp, on s’est pertinemment quand un message a été lu. Notre demande a bien été lu, mais sans aucune réponse le rapport qualité prix demi-pension est hors de prix pour la qualité et quant au bon ou au revoir de la cuisinière ça n’existe pas.

Memorável! Instalações óptimas e staff atencioso e cuidadoso com os hóspedes. Recomendo!

Tudo! Especialmente todo o cuidado com que fomos tratados. À chegada tivemos acompanhamento para explicar como chegar. Pela manhã a camareira era extremamente atenciosa e proporcionou-nos uma estadia memorável!

En plena naturaleza, atención plena.
Pros:

la atención de los trabajadores por hacernos sentir bien, son encantadores, desde las chicas que nos pusieron un completo desayuno (había de todo), Elena que contactó conmigo para que ubicáramos bien el hotel, hasta Víctor que nos hizo el check in.

Me gustó la ubicación, el entorno en mitad de la naturaleza, el personal (Luisa y Elena) que fueron muy amables, las instalaciones, la decoración muy cuidada y la comida.

Cons:

El hecho de que para 3 personas haya que pagar un extra por la cama supletoria y que solo haya menús para comer o cenar allí al precio de 60 euros por persona, lo cual me parece elevado. Creo que deberían de dar opciones más asequibles como tapas o poder comer a la carta.

No es buena la relación precio/calidad.
Pros:

La ubicación es buena. Permiten mascotas y son amables con ellos.
No se correspondió con nuestras expectativas. Ni la habitación, ni la comida, ni la categoría del hotel justifican el precio ni de lejos.

Cons:

No es buena la relación calidad precio. Las habitaciones no se corresponden con el precio pagado. Tampoco la comida ni el desayuno.
