Pros:

住宿的地點在札嘎其,很靠近捷運站,交通算是方便!大樓也十分安靜!附近就是南浦最熱鬧的街道，我們住在20樓,窗外就可以看到小漁港,景色不錯!

1.房間沒有想像的大,一單一雙的床鋪,住三個人,行李箱幾乎無法全部打開!
2.入住當天,發現廚房下方櫥櫃裡面有滿滿前一住客的垃圾,完全沒有清除,真的很讓人傻眼!聯絡經理,居然叫我們幫忙自行清理!很無言!
3.期待旅程中能夠自己煮食,才訂了這間具備廚房的房型,卻發覺根本沒有提供瓦斯,甚至烹調廚具,深深覺得受騙!
4.想微波食物,居然沒有餐具(餐盤與筷子湯匙),請管理者提供,居然告知:集團其他房間的客人還在使用,無法提供多餘的餐具!我們是訂三人房,所有的設備數量都應該比照辦理,難道我們沒有付費嗎?
5.住宿四天,不提供房務清潔,我們可以諒解,但衛生紙用完早上請管理者提供,到了晚上卻還不見蹤跡!

Pros:

Location is good, walking distance from Subway and there are many good places around such as fish market, BIFF and Lotte Dept. Store.

Cons:

1. The furniture is a bit old;
2. No extra plastic rubbish bag was provided and one plastic bag in the rubbish bin for 5 days is not enough;
3. The cover of the electric kettle was missing;
4. Poor check in service: on Nov.17, an email was sent to me about the room no. and the pin, but all were written in Korean language and no one knows the meaning. Suggest to send SMS in English to my mobile.

Goede locatie, 2 aparte bedden, fijne douche. Geen geluid van buiten, mooi uitzicht op zee vanaf 18e verdieping. Mogelijkheid om bagage achter te laten. Snelle reactie op service vraag. Water in de koelkast. Metro en bus op 2 min.

Cons:

Handdoeken in de badkamer zijn erg klein. Iets van koffie of thee bij aankomst zou fijn zijn.

Perfect apartment hotel with partial sea view.
Pros:

It was a very calm apartment, very comfortable bed, great curtains for making room dark and mosquito net if you wanted to let in fresh air. Modern bathroom and kitchen. It was great that you could arrive early and store the luggage. Very close to bus stops as well as the metro station Jagalchi, just 5 stops from Ferry terminal and Busan railway station. It was very good hotel management support via the booking.com app, they responded quickly in english, this was crucial when we expected mail by UPS.

Good location, room and service for a good price.
Pros:

The location of our room was perfect. We had a room on the 15th floor with sea view. It was very pretty. The hotel itself was in the middle of the cozy street vendor markets. It's also good that the metro station is very close by.

The service was also good. This type of hotel didn't have a front desk and roomkeep everyday, but we had a chat with the owner. They always responded really quickly to our questions.

Cons:

Nothing to say here. We genuinely did not have anything to dislike.
