Amazing place to stay and staff are lovely
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and so accommodating. On our last night, they had a spare room with a gorgeous back wall of the mountains (see photos). I would say one of the best hotels in Swat.

The breakfast that was included was really good- buffet-style, all-you-can-eat.

Toilets were clean
Rooms were clean

We had rooms on floors 8 and then on 5, and both had great views of swat.

Cons:

Once or twice, the AC would stop working, but the staff were incredibly helpful and worked to get it sorted incredibly quickly.

Открытые многоуровневые террасы отеля просто потрясающие. Отличный вид в любую погоду и в любое время суток. Фархан на рецепшн помог решить серьезную проблему. И всегда был готов помочь по любому вопросу. ВВQ в ресторане очень вкусный.

Environment and cleanliness was amazing

Cons:

Try to improve the entry method at the reception counter. Whenever a family visits the hotel, one member's entry should be sufficient if there are women with them. This will create a comfortable environment.
