The apartment was wonderful! Perfect layout and use of space! It was very clean and comfortable! It felt very safe too, they take a copy of your ID & your photo upon arrival & a key fob is needed to get to your floor!

Cons:

Definitely needed more towels, and the building/location is fine but seems like they may be doing construction or improvements?

Everything was nice except the two major problems. Didn’t had a relaxing stay because of the loud A.
Pros:

Apartment was very clean and building staff was nice. It was very easy to check in and out.

Cons:

Two BIG complaints:
1. The AC fan was extremely loud and very disturbing, couldn’t sleep at night or even talk to each other, when the fan was on. We didn’t want to turn off the AC as it was warm and humid.
2. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and soft and the body ached in the morning. We eventually slept on the sofa after two nights.

Pros:

Spacious. All the amenities you need. Good value. Easy arrival. Great gym.

Cons:

The air handler was pretty darn loud and no easy way to turn off fan. A bit far from a cappuccino in the morning.. mattress might need an upgrade soon.

An absolutely wonderful stay! Highly recommended and we'll likely be back!
Pros:

This was such a fantastic stay! Our host was so responsive, informative, and kind, we felt so taken care of during our whole stay! The view is so gorgeous, and the location is unbeatable. My partner and I commute by walking, and we were able to walk to some gorgeous beaches, parks, snorkeling spots, explore Old San Juan, and eat at many delicious restaurants all within easy walking distance. While some other guests complained about the loud AC, for me, I found the sound at night super soothing and helpful to fall asleep to, and didn't find it too loud during the day either at all.

The bathroom was missing a shower door, which caused water to spill out daily while showering. Over time, we didn’t have enough towels to keep drying the floor, so the area remained constantly damp and wet.

An unforgettable stay in San Juan
Pros:

We really liked the property it was spacious, clean, and had private parking. With the rental car, we were able to reach all the places near the city center without any problems.
