The check in lady was knowledgeable and helpful. The room was simple, very clean and comfortable. The restaurant had breakfast, and dining options of Brazilian, pasta, and some soups, and the food was well prepared and delicious. Overall a positive experience.

Pros:

Atendimento incrível, foi muito bom! Fizemos pernoite, tudo estava ótimo. Não tem barulho de estrada nos chalés, dormimos e comemos muito bem. Poderia só melhorar para acessibilidade de cadeirantes. E seria ótimo se tivessem morangos frescos para vender, já que é a maior região produtora do pais.
