Our stay was superb I booked the trip to go relax away from home and that was exactly what I needed.
Pros:

Friendly staff,clean environment location quiet area but close enough to central area. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Breakfast staff can be a little more helpful to let guest know how what works and where to find things. Example we were in line with folks having to figure out how the pancake maker works or looking around for the tea cups.

Horrible.
Pros:

The beds were filled with dog hair the couch had alot of dog hair. Not clean. My sink wasnt working had to use the kitchen sink. Trash cans didnt have any bags.

Cons:

The hallways smelled very bad like rotten food.

It was soso. Normally it is fabulous.

Staff was amazing in accommodating our needs and concerns.

Room was not cleaned appropriately. Floor was dirty
I spilt some water and wiped it up and the wash cloth was filthy. Bathroom was smelly with sewer fumes coming from trap. The hotel was aware of the issue and they still put us there. We went to tell staff of the issue and they changed room, no questions asked. We appreciated that.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Check-in was a mess; long wait, only 1 person checking people in. Bathroom shower was grungy with black stuff all around the bottom of the shower door.
