Beautiful old school property. Excellent location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Limited breakfast choice. A few room malfunctions- light fridge - though dealt with when raised. Bed covers not wide enough for emperor size bed.

We had a great trip and the hotel was perfect for us. No complaints
Pros:

Location was perfect, staff very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious with a great view and cleaned every day. Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Breakfast was very nice. Would recommend this hotel.

Cons:

It is a traditional old hotel so the windows are original (I think) so it did not drown out the noise but it didn't affect our stay.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar: die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Istanbul sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Zimmer ist klimatisiert, geräumig, hell und hat alles, was man sich an Ausstattung eines Hotelzimmers wünscht. Das Bad ist groß genug, mit Badewanne.
Das Frühstücksmenü ist vielfältig und reichhaltig. Der Frühstücksraum ist schön und gemütlich.
Das Personal ist äußerst nett und rund um die Uhr hilfsbereit. Alle Mitarbeiter sprechen mehrere Sprachen, sind sehr höflich und zuverlässig.
Unser besonderer Dank und die besten Grüße an sehr gut Deutsch sprechenden Herrn Can.

Pros:

Местоположение, чистота в номере, уборка каждый день, удобная большая и чистая кровать, хороший напор горячей воды. Приветливый персонал: мы приехали в 8 утра, нас сразу заселили и предложили бесплатный завтрак, это было очень кстати после ночного перелета, спасибо!

Cons:

Завтрак вкусный, но мог быть более разнообразным, довольно скудный выбор, который не меняется и быстро надоедает

Pros:

Der frühe Check-in war nach unserem sehr langen 11-stündigen Flug besonders angenehm. Wir wurden äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Besonders positiv überrascht hat uns, dass wir sogar ein Frühstück erhalten haben, obwohl es uns eigentlich nicht zugestanden hätte – eine wirklich außergewöhnlich nette Geste.
Das gesamte Personal war während unseres Aufenthalts stets sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt einfach top. Dieses Hotel können wir definitiv weiterempfehlen. ⭐

Pros:

Amplasarea este foarte comodă, toate obiectele turistice sunt aproape, la citeva minute distanță. Personalul hotelului ft amabil, micul dejun era divers.

Cons:

La momentul bronarii nu era clar care tip camera rezervăm, la fața locului am primit o cameră cu ieșire la terasă unde se lua micul dejun și era destul de gălăgios din cauza la aparatele de aer condiționat probabil.

何よりもスタッフの方々がとても温かく、優しく、本当に素敵なホテルでした！最初に1泊したあと2日後にまた戻ってきてさらに2泊したのですが、私たちはもう家族だよ！おかえり！と言ってくれました😂
部屋は天井が高くて、とても清潔でインテリアもおしゃれでした。ホテル全体がお花のいい香りがします。
朝食会場も天窓の開放感あるカフェで、毎日少しずつ違うビュッフェスタイルでおいしかったです。
アヤソフィアやトプカプ宮殿にも徒歩で行ける距離で、トラムT1のSultanahmetとÇemberlitaşの間くらいなので諸々のアクセスも良いです。
またイスタンブールに滞在する際はここに泊まりたいと思います！素敵なおもてなしを本当にありがとうございました😊
