Only one electric outlet by one of the sides of the the bed. The bathroom did not have windows nor fan.

The location is great. The staff is fantastic, nice and helpful

Cons:

Our room air conditioning was noisy. The staff offered to change the room, but we were too tired for that. Also, the room had a constant noise from the main AC system

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel and savoured every moment with ever so helpful and smiling staff
Pros:

The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood yet close to Times Square, and several tourist attraction, train stations and lots of cafe and food choices.
The staff was so nice and helpful especially Joanne and Ajay. The complementary tea, coffee and drinking water was added bonus A perfect location

A very good hotel and location to stay.
Pros:

The room and bathroom were renovated and very clean. The location was just fantastic. The staff was super welcoming, attentive and helpful.

Cons:

The windows were looking to a brick wall. The hallways, elevators and building still need some care.

Overall good experience, for the money, and location.
Pros:

Close to downtown area soft bed, friendly staff, and awesome coffee/tea area.

Cons:

The rooms were very small, i wish the halls were wider - i felt like i was in a college dorm, and you could hear inside the other rooms. I wish there was a bar and dining on site-to sit and enjoy.
