Great Location wasted by the hotel
Pros:

The location is good.
They accommodated me coming in at 12:30 am.
The room service is 24 x 7.

Cons:

The property infrastructure is not up to date.
The papad served with khichdi was not crisp. What's a papad if it's not crisp?
The electrical kettle provided had a rusted screw inside, and rusty water was leaking in. Nobody checked that.
The WiFi never worked, and when I complained, a staff member came but could not resolve the issue.
