Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal am Service Desk und im Frühstücksbereich. Zudem überzeugt das Hotel mit einer ausgezeichneten Lage in Pune.

Cons:

Die Tatsache, dass man beim Check-in unterschreiben muss, dass es nicht gestattet ist, Getränke oder Nahrungsmittel von außerhalb mit ins Hotel zu bringen, und dass ein Verstoß mit einer Strafe geahndet werden kann, empfinde ich als sehr unangenehm.

Zudem gab es im Hotel keinen Shop oder Markt, in dem man etwas hätte kaufen können. Stattdessen bestand lediglich die Möglichkeit, extrem überteuertes Sprudelwasser zu erwerben.

Ich habe dennoch Getränke von außerhalb mitgebracht, glücklicherweise ohne dass es zu Problemen kam.

Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt veraltet, und im Tresor waren sogar Schimmelspuren zu erkennen.

Excellent location, welcoming staff at reception and in the restaurants.
The room was very spacious with large wardrobes. The Spa was clean and professionally run (special mention to Rose). The rooftop dining was very pleasant and the food (Japanese) was very good. Housekeeping was also very efficient (6th floor).

Cons:

The bath tub was a waste of space (and water!).
Not enough plug points by the bedsides or near the wash stand. Very difficult to plug in the kettle (plug point was locted behind the refrigerator).

Cons:

No plug on the side of the bed - need to ask for electric extension. Complementary Internet extremely slow less than 5 MB!!. Safe was not working (took 1 hour to fix) which spoil my evening. Constant power cuts at night. Noisy room next to elevator. No solution found when calling the manager. Dirty windows. Very bitter expresso coffee in the morning breakfast.

Very mediocre and bleh vibes. Stay elsewhere.
Pros:

Very good doorman helped me with luggage and cab and very friendly.

Cons:

Staff at main desk including manager all in bad moods. Breakfast very crowded and rude customers try to take my table. Overall vibes of the place were bad.

I had a pleasant stay at O Hotel Pune, and if visiting Pune again would stay here again.
Pros:

Good location not too far from old Pune city. Room was excellent, clean and good facilities. Staff were very helpful. Good selection for breakfast which was freshly prepared. The hotel is on quite a busy road, so walking to restaurants and cafes in Koregaon Park a little tricky as you have to cross the road.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi login for the lobby area required a pin each time.
TV in room suddenly switched on at 4am on one of the nights. Not sure why?
Some noise from air conditioning.
